Great price. Secure apt, gorgeous private backyard. Day one of my stay they had a street parking pass for me. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. I really have no complaints and I stand by my ratings. I'll be back for sure.

Pascal and Carine are awesome, and this place has everything you could need. Even though it is a studio, the space is laid out so well that it never feels cramped. Perfectly situated in a residential street off Sunset, it feels very personal and homey. 15 min walk to Runyun. Fantastic spot.

We had a very nice stay. The location is great. Street parking is handy. Corine and Pascal have a very nice place with a funky homey feel.
