Great location on quiet bungalow complex yet walk to Los Feliz's hip restaurants, cafes, clubs, organic market, Metro, Bus, and Griffith Park. Walking distance to best Hospitals, including Children's, Kaiser, Hollywood Presbyterian. Great for short or long stays. Double beds in each of two bedrooms. Nice tanning deck with great view. Compact Living/Dining Room with futon/double bed. New kitchen and new bath. Rear patio. Air conditioning.

On arrival the key lock didn't work but it only took around 40 minutes to contact someone to sort that out. Still - not what you need at 10pm with 2 small kids in the car! Any problems were sorted out really quickly with someone on the phone 24 hours a day. Cleaning standards were a bit average and the kitchen was pretty badly stocked. It wasn't really suitable for a family with kids due to sound travelling very easily in the building so we were waking up the people above when the kids were noisy and they woke us up when they came home late. It was a great location - close to Griffith Park and pretty easy to get around from there. Supermarket really close by.
