My mom, 8 year old son, sisters and I had a great time staying here. It was extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. It was nice to get up late and be able to make breakfast and coffee; something we can't do at a hotel. We had long breakfast chats at the dining table. And my son got a big kick out of the old fashioned bathtub. The whole place just felt like home. Great memories for my family!

We are a family of five. 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 5 years old.
Loved the place. Clean, good location and very convenience. Better that hotel as everybody got his/her own space. -

Within walking distance from many Hollywood attractions, shops and restaurants.24 hour open super market around the corner. Safe back-yard parking. Balconies on both sides of the flat, and a large outside dining table on the platform facing the back yard.
Plenty of space for four people inside, and all the equipment you need. Any problem, we consultetd the friendly caretaker Peter. -

Peter was gracious and kind and we loved it. We did forget to tell him it smelled of cigarettes. . the person before must have been a smoker. . I imagine Peter tried to get the smell out with something or other, but that was the only thing not good. It was pretty intense for people who hate that smell. . but we loved him and the place and would come back. We would hope the cigarette smell would be gone in a year when we return. Thanks

A lovely little house, just what we needed for our week-long stay in la. Everything was beautiful, the house was inviting and comfortable, and felt like it was in a safe part of town. Gorgeous bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen, and cable TV, yay!

The location and property were terrific, house was wonderful and well appointed. Best part of stay was local landlord. He was exteremly friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, attractions, hikes, and directions - he made our stay the best!
