  Nice and pleasant flat - very good location - near all conveniences -good quality/price (incl.cleaning costs)
  
  The flat is well furnished and equipped but in lack of luminosity : too many trees in the patio. We had to live with the light on even in the middle of the day.
  The flat was dirty (probably not clean before our stay) and we had to clean alll the floors (staircase, kitchen bathrooms, rooms)the owen,the fridge etc.etc. The linen, towels, sheets are old and grey and during the 4 hours we both (my wife and myself) cleaned the flat, we washed everything. Additionnaly,we obtain from the agents a housekeeper to help cleaning and two men to clean outside patio and windows! Linen and towels being really of questionable cleanliness, we went to a supermarket to buy our own things!
  After a few days we started to enjoy!
  An advice for the future renters : befor renting raise the above issues and make sure that the cleaning will be done correctly.

  Home away from home

  This apartment was so much more than what we expected from the photos on the website. The rooms are large, beautifully appointed, clean and smart. The location was extremely convenient for the Hollywood and West Hollywood area. A short walk to Erth cafe, and an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Centre.
  
  The apartment was fully stocked with everything we could need, and the internal parking garage a treat. The apartment was great for entertaining our friends with plenty of room in the leafy courtyard out the back. Our 6 year old son also really enjoyed the cable TV!
  
  Our only complaint would be the intermittent cell phone service on the ground floor. We had to go upstairs for a strong signal which was a bit of a hassle at times.
  
  But, that said, we would happily return to this apartment and stay again.
  
  We moved in, and it very quickly felt like home.
