This Craftsman-style home was built in 1923 and has loads of charm. It features a built-in bookcase,large walk-in closets, a fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. Bright and sunny, it's a comfortable place to kick-back and relax. A great alternative to a cramped hotel room with an overpriced mini bar.
The rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, paper goods, a 32 inch flat screen tv & dvd player, a 27 inch tv in the bedroom, central heat & a/c, a CD/iPod jack/stereo, high-speed wifi.
A high-chair, crib, toys and books are provided for children.
Smoking is allowed on the deck.

I love this place! I travel to la on business frequently and wanted more than a hotel, but wanted to pay less. I found a freakin' gem in a great neighborhood, nestled between the 101 (very convenient), the Convention Center (downtown) and Sunset Blvd (very convenient for drinks and coffee).
Beth, the host, is a hoot to boot. She knows the neighborhood. Quick with a story and a bottle of beer. She lives right next door, but you'd never know it. It was very handy having her around when I needed a package delivered and I wasn't there to receive it.
And then, there's the house. A charming Craftsman, perfectly decorated and most importantly ... Clean. The kitchen had everything I needed.
I felt like I was at my own apartment rather than a hotel and I really liked that. I will be back again and again. Probably even for fun the next time. -

We were lucky enough to chance upon this fabulous pad when looking for accommodation for our family of three. We were greeted by a women who has since become a special friend bubbling with enthusiasm and more than happy to help. The set up was perfect- clean, spacious, light and warm with beautiful art work throughout and thoughtful additions such as a GPS, high chair, and even a baby spoon and a well recieved bottle of wine in the fridge for our arrival! Beth was easy to get hold of if we needed her and the location and proximity to everywhere was great. It was a safe friendly community and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Look no further, if you can secure this house for an upcoming stay, do it! And rest assured you will be in good hands.
