A hidden hilltop just one block north of Sunset in the heart of fun and upcoming artist district, Echo Park. A cul-de-sac style street on the Edge of Elysian Park, yet just steps away from the walking district of Echo Park, and about a mile to any number of great stores and services, in Silver Lake, Downtown and Little Tokyo. A short drive to Glendale or Pasadena for Whole Foods and big box stores like Target, Americana Mall and all shopping. No need to drive to the West Side if you don't feel like it!
Echo Park Downtown Nightlife - Bars, Restaurants & Music are a short walk down the hill from this property, all along Sunset Blvd and west toward Silver Lake.
Echo Park Farmers Market - every Friday 3 to 8 pm with freshly picked naturally raised local produce, artisan cheeses, a middle eastern vendor with hummous and pita, etc., fresh chicken & eggs, breads made by a French baker, and other goodies plus local crafts & soaps, coffee, hot tamales and entertainment.
