This 1-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is ON THE SAND. Open your eyes and gaze out at the beautiful blue pacific ocean. Step out and feel the sand on your feet and the warm sun above. This is it. Treat yourself to a wonderful experience.

Playa del rey has a small beach town feel even though its minutes away from all the attractions of LA. This place is perfect if you want get a small beach town feel while still being in the big city. Everything is walking distance, there are no large chains in the city as all the local stores and markets are family owned businesses. There is a park and a lagoon just behind the house as well. If you are looking for more mainstream stores, Marina del Rey is just next door offering all the local restaurants and shops you may be looking for.

We stayed for 5 nights and didn't want to leave!
Playa Del Rey is a well kept secret, away from the crowds of Venice and just north of the very charming Manhattan Beach. This beachfront house is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Owner Sugam arora was a very gratious host, attentive and helpful (including returning an iPad that I left in the house to Canada!)
We will definitely return.

Staying at this home was a marvelous experience. From the minute you enter you feel like you're living the California dream. You're literally on the beach and steps from the ocean. The home is extremely comfortable and the Sugam makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Sugam was extremely responsive and fantastic to deal with. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation! Thanks, Sugam. We'll be sure to meet again!

We were at the beach house couple times this year. It is a great place to be for families especially if you have young kids. The instructions to get in were very clear and we did not have any trobule getting in. There is sand right next to the house where the kids can stay busy and the ocean is right across. The bathrooms are remodeled and linen closets are well stocked. We used the kitchen a lot and are pleasantly surprised with the well stocked cabinets especially kid freindly foods. Sugam has thought of everything that someone on vacation would like including a margarita blender.
We have also walked to several nice places to eat in the small town ;all recommended by Sugam. Parking is convenient as there is a public parking lot right across the house.
