We have a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin in Lost River, WV. It has Internet and heat (floor units) and air conditioning (one window unit in the kitchen). It is all on one level. It's in the heart of gay WV and is a nice mix of local and DC weekenders. One bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has an IKEA sofa that folds out to a full/double.
