Perfectly located townhouse in Louisville's premier historic district, The Cherokee Triangle. 200 feet to great restaurants, with dozens more restaurants, cafes, shops and clubs within a five minute walk.

The townhouse is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The living room has two full sized Sterns & Foster sleeper sofas and a gas fireplace. On the second floor is a king bedroom with private full bath and a fully equipped laundry room. The third floor has another spacious bedroom, this one with two twin beds, a full private bath and a balcony.

      Great experience in a great location

      I was in town with another couple and this property was a great experience - it was located in a historic location with great access to food and nightlife, as well as close to downtown for the event we were attending. Very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Was also nice to have gated parking available. The owner was great to work with. All around was a great experience and a much better value than hotel rooms would have been for us.

      Comfortable Digs in a Great Location

      Left on 01/03/2013 for a stay in October 2012

      I stayed in the townhouse with three friends for a week in October. Could not have been happier with the location of this property! Literally a two minute walk to (Inho) the best restaurant in Louisville- Jack Fry's. Local coffee shop about 200 feet from the front door. Everything you could want within about a 10-15 minute walk. I spent several mornings walking in Cave Hill cemetery (about a 3 minute walk from the townhouse) -- it was beautiful with trees, flowers and plants of every type. The owner had a guide book to Cave Hill on the coffee table- it pushed me to go visit and I am very glad I did.
      Condition was immaculate- We were some of the first guests to stay in townhouse, so it was no surprise that everything was new. Kitchen had everything we needed (although we didn't cook a lot, so I can't vouche for it having what a gourmet cook might need). The wifi was good for finding reviews on local restaurants. The beds were the best I have had in a rental, like sleeping in a 5 star hotel.
