Highly Recommended! Best price for 3 couples. Condo is well kept, clean and has everything you need. Bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in each bedroom. Kroger is less then a mile away, Downtown of Louisville in 10 minutes drive.

We were very satisfied with the service and discounted rate we received for our stay. Yana was a great hostess and the neighborhood was good for us (close to groceries, mins to major interstate). Only issues we had were with cleanliness. We are very clean folks, and the apartment wasn't too bad, but it didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned (smudged/stained table and counters, dirty carpet, stained showers and toilet, etc). Furniture was in great shape, beds were comfy, and the apt was well furnished. Overall it was a good stay.

I disagree with a comments. Condo is very clean, use strictly for rental purposes. Completely new furniture was delivered on February 5, 2013, new bedding, kitchen ware, dining wear, new mattresses. Jeremy was giving a UNGODLY discount. Thank You!

Our stay at Yana's place was fantastic. She was quick and helpful when I had questions, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Her condo is gorgeous and spacious; plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. I will be looking Yana up if we return to Louisville. Highly recommended!

Nice condo, very spacious and close to everything!!!! Good food and local shopping all very close to condo. Only took about 10-15 minutes to get to the Expo Center. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. We will be calling Yana again when we head back to Louisville.
