Description from the manager
Our three luxury bedroom homes are set over three floors, with two large en-suite bedrooms upstairs and third bedroom downstairs with private bathroom. Also downstairs is a huge TV room / den, with L-shape sofa and LCD TV. The middle level is an open plan living area with access to the barbeque terrace and courtyard, with easy views of the pool area.
These houses have a gloriously sunny south-westerly aspect, and each has two sun loungers on its private sun terrace, with plenty more poolside. Excellent accomodation for a family holiday and lots of space. The facilities were brilliant and we will be returning.
A car is not essential but if you have very young children I would recommend having one. We used taxis to get around which was fine and quite economical. -

An absolutely wonderful place. Although a taxi ride or drive from most places, the apartments, service and attention to detail is outstanding and thoroughly make up for it. Everything is literally 20 mins by car; beach, marina, restaurants, bars, waterparks, zoomarine. Font verde is extremely child friendly and I would whole heartedly recommend it to any family; particularly those with small chilren. The bbq on the terrace is wonderful - home from home. Tadas and Ray are superb hosts and their customer service is second to none. Overall 10/10

Very helpful service including guide around local town by Tadas. The villa is very spacious and equipped to a high spec. The pool is fab however it is not huge so as more of these villas get rented out my concern would be the the pool would get crowded. We went in aug. Local beach very child friendly but naturally v crowded but where isn't in august? You would def need to rent a car.

Thanks very much for review and your kind score. Your point about the pool is very valid and it is for that reason that we rent fewer than half of our houses, and despite the fact that the houses are very large, we have designated most of them as either two beds or three beds in order to limit the numbers of guests at any one time. For that reason, crowding has never been a problem in our three years of operation. Our primary goal is to provide a holiday experience to which our guests want to return, and for that reason we are not even slightly tempted to host more than the ideal number of guests.
Interestingly, Falesia beach which is several kilometres long becomes quite sparsely populated if you're prepared to walk 300metres from the main entrance.
