Although Wickham House is a 17th Century Cottage, the facilities were up to date and comfortable. But of course you need to like beams, creaking stairs and uneven floors, which we did. The owners were extremely helpful and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. The food was good and the atmosphere very relaxed. The comfortable lounge area was also much appreciated. Our four days stay went all too quickly.
