Situated only 10m. from the beautiful crystal clear blue waters of Loutraki Beach is our two-story home from which we rent out the entire first floor. We recently renovated in April of 2010, including brand new full size appliances. Marble flooring is distributed throughout the condo including the large balconies and the bathroom. The bedroom includes two comfortable twin beds and a stunning view of the Gerania Mountains. The living area includes a sofabed which can be pulled out from underneath providing two more twin beds. this apartment was perfect for our one night spur-of-the moment getaway from athens. the apartment was clean and quaint and easy to find. it had a washing machine which was a plus! 2 single beds, clean linens, fridge, great view from the balcony.
fotini, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions (visit the lighthouse if you rent a car, she insisted it was worth the view and it was!!). she also gave us a great rate for our last-minute stay. she lives on-site downstairs so that was comforting.
the apartment was a few minutes walk to the main drag of loutraki, but it was a straightforward walk, no getting lost and flat the whole time.
even though not everything was open yet in the town, we enjoyed the restaurants and a few bars on friday night. we didn't make it to the casino or spa, but both were relatively close to the apartment.
i imagine loutraki is much more lively toward june and july, but even though it was off-season, we are still happy we made the trip and saw another town on the mainland of greece before heading to the islands. -

Our family stayed here May 14-30 2010 and it is our 3rd visit!
This year we stayed in Unit 2, but we've also stayed in units 3 and 4.
The condo as always was super clean and the view is breathtaking! Oh, and there is marble everywhere, so elegant.
The owners are very nice, genuine people. When we arrived this year, we noticed that they had built a treehouse in their fig tree and both of our children had so much fun in it along with the owner's children. The property is enclosed so the kids can run and play outside without us having to fear anything. There is an area in the backyard where my husband and one of the other guests shot some hoops a few afternoons.
The restaurants nearby had an assortment of fresh fish and different kinds of shellfish every day. There are many tasty Greek specialties too and there's always something new to try. My personal favorite is the Mousaka at Fragia's Restaurant which is 2 blocks away. It's a romantic restaurant hidden away amidst a beautiful garden and candlelight.
I've seen the most beautiful sunsets walking along the boardwalk along the beach in the early evenings. We also enjoyed watching the sunsets just sitting on the beach watching our children play with the water and enjoying themselves.
Thanks again for all your hospitality, and your help with the rental car. We definitely want to visit again in June next year.
