The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on the second floor in the center of Loutraki . Here you will relaxe with the sun and the sea. The 70 sqm apartment is a new high technology construction and is furnished with new materials. The sea, which has a lot of tavern and cafe, and market center are only 5 minute walk from the apartment. In the outside area has large balconies with two tables and 4 chairs each for your relaxation, large electrical tents, two bbq with garden to the ground floor and high technology elevator. Loutraki is a seaside resort located 84 km W of Athens and 4 km NE of Corinth in the Prefecture of Corinthia, Greece. Loutraki is the seat of the municipality Loutraki-Perachora. The town is well-known for its vast natural springs and its therapeutic spas.

All local taxes included. If you canceled your booking 1 month before your arrival, the whole deposite is refundable. If you canceled your booking 2 weeks before your arrival, 50% of your deposite is refundable. Something to eat in the fridge and provides some food to cook, also a nice meal will be waiting for you in the oven as welcome at your first day. Loutraki is a very beautiful relaxing place, suitable for a family!!!
The home is big enough for 6 persons. What I liked most was the big balcony where we could seat and enjoy the sun and the restfulness of a quiet neighbourhood. The home was very cosy and clean. All the appliances was in very good condition, because all the furnishing and the equipment were new and the decoration was very professional. The hostess was very kind, helpfull and she recommended us some places to visit. The beach was just a five-minute walk and the view from the sea was quiet astonishing. There were some pretty nice places and restaurants in Loutraki such as El ninio cafe, Panorama, Vouliagmeni Lake, Ancient Corinthos (breathtaking view), Isthmos canal.
As far as payment is concerned, the homeowner was accurate on what she said. I got back the damage deposit one day after the check out (bad past experience, other homeowner delayed the damage deposit very long)
