Paris apartment rental, lovely decorated with beams and a floor in real "tommettes", this 48sqm beautiful studio can sleep up to 4 persons.
The living area of the main room contains a double sofa-bed, a sideboard with HIFI, and plexiglas coffee tables. You can find also a table with four chairs which make the link with the all equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, micro-waves, hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...
In the linving room, a half wall (behind the sofa) separate this space from the bedroom.

The apartment is loated right in front of the Louvre, which is on of the best areas in Paris. Many interesting places within short walking distance. The room was clean and spacious for 4 people. The service ws excellent and the Pelican peoole very friendly.
The decoration was perfect.
As most of the apartments in Paris there was no elevator and the entrance is of typical old Paris style. -

This is a great location and the rooms have everything you need. You are a five minute walk from the louvre, you have great access to the metro, cafes, patisseries and supermarkets. We would recommend this apartment even when you read the below statements. It is still a lovely apartment, but Fredrick could improve it to being an excellent apartment. We loved our week in Paris and this is the perfect spot.
Fredrick is very accommodating and willing to help, however you need to phone him to get him to answer the door, he does live on site but does not answer the intercom or door. The rooms do have some maintenance problems, our table was hanging off the wall and could not be used, the washing machine was not working and so we had to go to a laundry mat. There was no hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes on and the water from the shower gets all over the floor. water from the bathroom on the third floor was coming down the wall in our apartment. A change of towels would have been good during the week stay
The stairs are very narrow and steep so if you are elderly forget these apartments.
Also the climb into the shower bath is a bit difficult.
