This new luxury villa was completed in October 2011 to very high western standards.
It is situated on 2500m2 of picturesque land with amazing views of the ocean.
You will be able to relax and unwind in this villa that contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms consist of a super king size bed each and the other two guest rooms contain 2 single beds that can be converted to super king depending on your requirements. All bedrooms contain TV and DVD players as well as satellite TV. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Villa can suit up to 8 guests comfortably.

This Brand new Luxury Villa is located in the village of Sinalud which is just a 5 minute drive to the beach front town of Lovina. Lovina is well known for its dolphin watching and is also a great place for snorkelling and diving. It is a 20 minute drive to the town of Singaraja which is the capital of Northern Bali. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops in Lovina and Singaraja. It is a 2.5 hour drive from the International Airport in Denpasar. Its a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet environs of Bali.

The description as well as photo does not do this property justice. Managed by the Lewis family, and meticulously maintained by Yogi, and Putu - made our stay in Lovina fantastic.
Perched on a hill top with views of the ocean, the setting for relaxation is truly captured - as is a true taste of Bali. Staying at Villa Kemari enables you to rent a scooter and see the coast as the Balinese do, whipping in and out of traffic, down side streets, along the beach - a short 5 minute scooter ride puts you at two of the main roads for eating, drinking, socialising, shopping, and of course massage.
The Villa comes with full kitchen facilities so if you want to try your hand at negotiating the morning market it's an experience not to be missed (A chef can be arranged at a charge, and I wish we would've taken up the offer). Otherwise there are many fantastic restaurants around, and in Bali there's cheap,cheaper and cheapest. Don't discount Superman as it was fantastic. Seyu is very good affordable sushi, and Jasmine kitchen fantastic Thai.
If you're up for an adventure not 15 minutes down the road is a Buddhist Temple and Hot Springs - don't be alarmed if it's predominately Indo's around, as it's a little tricky to find but well worth it.
If not, indulge in the guilt free pleasure by sitting by the infinity pool, watching the skyline to the tropical sound track of swallows, cicadas, roosters, cows, geckos (Charlie - he lives in the lounge room ceiling) and the like.
You will not be disappointed!

The home was new and we liked it because everything was unused.
The service was very good and they had a made, gardner and nightwatchmen.
The villa was near to the major tourist resort of Lovina and village of Kalibubuk, where there are many restaurants and bars.
The location was about 5 minutes drive with a car or moped from the beach and the restaurant and bars. The view was great. From value better than the expensive Damai Resort. In all we enjoyed our stay.
