This beautiful and spacious villa is located directly at the beach and has a large tropical garden and a very nice private swimming pool. The pool (approx. 60m ²) has a separate children's section and is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds and umbrellas. The landscaped garden with tropical plants and trees, such as Frangipani trees, coconut trees and palm trees, is directly adjacent to the beach. You will have an own beachfront of 40 meters!

Villa Pantai is located right at the beach of the village Dencarik, only 10 minutes away from the centre of Lovina at the north coast of Bali. Lovina is the touristic town of the north coast and known for the many dolphins you can see in the morning at sunrise.
The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, terraced rice-fields, plantations, mountains, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find he most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobodur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs of Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkeling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.
You will be surprised by this authentic part of Bali, more and more people are discovering the still pristine, unspoiled and authentic north coast.
We can arrange the transport from the airport (or another place on Bali if you arrived earlier) to the villa for you. Our driver will be waiting for you to bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The transportation costs are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid directly to the driver after arriving at the villa.
For sightseeing tours you can use also one of the drivers we work with. The drivers speak all English and are also very good guides, they know the nicest places in Bali!

The rate is for the exclusive use of the villa (not per person) and is based on a stay of 1 week (7 nights) with 1 - 4 persons. If you stay 2 weeks (14 nights) or longer, the discount will be € 50 per week. If you stay with 5 - 8 persons, the additional charges will be € 50 per person per week.
You can also rent the villa on a daily basis (minimum 3 nights) or for a longer period. The price will be adjusted accordingly. For longer stays we can offer special rates.
Additional services:
• The villa has free wireless Internet. The staff will provide you with the login codes for your laptop or smart phone.
• For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the supermarket or to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee (20.000 Rph) for the transportation costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still very low in this northern part of Bali.
• We are pleased to arrange the transport from the airport in Denpasar (or another place if you arrived already earlier on Bali) to the villa. The driver will pick you up and bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The cost of this transfer is 500.000 Rph (a 7-seater suitable for max. 5 persons plus luggage). The costs for the transport are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid to the driver after arrival at the villa.
A down payment of 40% of the total rental amount is required within 14 days of confirmation. The remaining amount (60%) plus the deposit of € 150 has to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the total rental amount plus the deposit needs to be paid immediately after confirmation of the booking. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure.
The inventory will be checked by our staff upon arrival and departure. If there are any missing items, breakages or damages, the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Payment can be done via wired bank transfer or via Paypal (extra fee when paying via Paypal is 5% due to the fee Paypal is charging).
Unless a specific arrangement has been made, check-in is after 14.00h, check-out is at 12.00h.
In the villa you will find an information guide with all important phone numbers (such as the help desk, the doctor, the drivers), practical information about the villa, suggestions for the menu, information of the surrounding area, suggestions for day tours, addresses of fine restaurants, shops etc.

directly on the beach with a beautiful maintained garden .
the house has 4 spacious bedrooms to accomodate 8 people .
the staff were helpful in fulfilling all our needs and helped in organizing my daughters 8 birthday with a cake , dancers and a beautiful dress for the birthday girl .our help also cooked for us , just ask for balinese food and let her surprise you .
the dedicated driver from the villa can pick you up at the airport and help you with tours in Bali .
we got home last sunday and monday at lunch our youngest asked when are we going back to Bali ??

Villa Pantai is an excellent choice if you want to have a holiday without any worries. The villa itself is very nice, but the staff made it really worth staying. Their cooking skills are amazing and they really took care of everything. Also the maintenance of the pool and garden was well taken care of.
Staying home for a lazy day at the pool, going to see the dolphins early in the morning and maybe do some snorkling afterwards, visit some interesting places like the hot springs, the buddhist temple or tracking with a professional guide along the ricefields are just some of the things you can do while staying in this villa. -

We stayed in villa Pantai for two weeks with four adults and three young children (6m, 1.5y, and 3y).
The villa is spacious, neat and clean. The crew is taken care of everything you want, and the cooking is superb.
From the villa you can visit the mountains, the forest and the dolphins. A driver can pick you up at the villa. Seats for our children were provided. But a day of relaxation at the pool is no punishment either. -

We stayed already 2 times in this wonderful property on Bali's unspoilt Northern Coast, close to Lovina.
The villa itself is beautiful & spacious, located on a quiet lane & right at the beach, having complete privacy. The grounds are well kept, with a gardener working hard every day to keep the grounds & pool in best condition. In reality it even looks more stunning than the pictures! It really takes your breath away. While being private and secluded, you do not need to worry about your safety, as a safety guard is on duty each night from dusk till dawn. And the villa is, although private, situated in a lane with other villa's.
The biggest asset however is the most friendly staff taking care of the house. Always available but never intrusive and with the warmest smiles every day. If you wish, they can even do your grocery shopping every day and -most recommended- cook you delicious local (or international) meals. Have yourself surprised by the wonderful tastes of the Balinese kitchen, you won't be dissapointed! We did not care to go a restaurant for diner... the best chef in Northern Bali is in Villa Pantai!
For those who opt to go to Lovina for diner, there is always a driver at hand to bring you to the small town for reasonable prices. Also a lot of restaurants provide free transport for there guests. So you can enjoy both the total seclusion of the villa and the lively atmosphere of Lovina. (reached in approx. 10 minutes by car).
Both times we visited the villa we had a great time and really felt so welcome. Would not hesitate to come back and already recommended to a lot of friends & family. Some of them also had the privilege of staying in the villa and all came to the same conclusion: 5star Service & Hospitality in a private villa! After staying here, you never want to stay in a 'normal' hotel again!
