Are you looking for a luxury holiday villa with a breathtaking views and full privacy? This very luxurious, spacious and tastefully furnished villa is the perfect choice!

Light, air and space are the principles in the design of this new and luxurious villa. The villa is horizontally designed to make maximum use of the fantastic view over the surrounding area and the Bali sea. The villa is built by using natural materials such as natural stone, hardwood and teak wood which gives the villa the real Balinese atmosphere. Eye-catcher is the high thatched roof that is made from alang-alang, Balinese grass and which also... covers the front terrace.

Villa Puri Soka is very spacious and has a large tropical garden and a beautiful swimming pool of 70m² in which you can swim laps. The natural stone swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace with sun beds and a pergola with a very nice seating area to sit in the shade. The infinity pool has an 'overflow' which makes it look as if the water flows into the surrounding area and the sea in the distance.

The stylishly furnished villa accommodates groups up to 10 persons. The villa has 5 bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, each decorated in a different style and color. All bedrooms have a double bed with mosquito net and air conditioning for a pleasant temperature. The bathrooms are designed in Balinese style with a so-called 'open air shower.

The villa also has a fully equipped open kitchen and a very nice living room with a large teak dining table and a spacious TV/seating area. At the front the villa is completely open to enjoy maximum from the fantastic view and the breeze for natural cooling. Because of the open construction the villa forms one whole with the garden and the swimming pool which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the Balinese outdoor life. Both inside and outside the villa is paid much attention to comfort and luxury.

Four of the bedrooms are located in the ground floor, the master bedroom is on the first floor. Also on the first floor there is a large roof terrace with a sitting and dining area and a bale benong to relax and to enjoy the beautiful sunset with a cool drink.

The villa is equipped with all comforts such as free wireless internet, flatscreen TV, DVD player and in the bookcases are books and DVDs for use. There is also a washing machine in the utility room and in the kitchen all modern devices are present such as a microwave, gas cooker, oven, American fridge with freezer, minibar, water dispenser and a machine for making ice cubes.

Six days a week friendly and hospitable staff will be at your service. A household help for the cleaning and the laundry, a cook to prepare delicious meals (breakfast, lunch and diner), a gardener and a security guard on duty every day from 6pm till 6 am. The staff can do also the groceries and will buy fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables on the local market every morning. You can choose every day what you want to eat. In the villa you will find a list with menu suggestions, however you can ask the staff to cook anything you want, they are very good cooks. The staff costs are fully included in the rental rate.

For all questions during your stay about the villa, the staff, day trips or transportation, you can contact our local help desk. Your contact person will welcome you also personally in the villa and he or she will visit you at least once a week during your stay. Of course the help desk is available 7 days a week to offer any assistance.

Villa Puri Soka is located on a beautiful spot, in the hills close to Lovina, the tourist town on the North coast of Bali known from the dolphins that you can see here every morning at sea during sunrise.
In a straight line the villa is located only 1 kilometer from the sea, by road it takes about 8 minutes. Also the centre of Lovina with restaurants, bars and shops is very close by within 10 minute driving.
The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, within walking distance of the SingSing waterfalls which are easily reachable within 10 minutes walking by a path and stairs.

The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, terraced rice-fields, plantations, mountains, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find he most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobodur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs of Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkeling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.
You will be surprised by this authentic part of Bali, more and more people are discovering the still pristine, unspoiled and authentic north coast.

We can arrange the transport from the airport (or another place on Bali if you arrived earlier) to the villa for you. Our driver will be waiting for you to bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The transportation costs are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid directly to the driver after arriving at the villa.
For sightseeing tours you can use also one of the drivers we work with. The drivers speak all English and are also very good guides, they know the nicest places in Bali!

The rate includes:

The rate is for the exclusive use of the villa (not per person) and is based on a stay of 1 week (7 nights) with 1 - 4 persons. If you stay 2 weeks (14 nights) or longer, the discount will be € 50. If you stay with 5 - 10 persons, the additional charges will be € 50 per person per week.

You can also rent the villa on a daily basis (minimum 3 nights) or for a longer period. The price will be adjusted accordingly. For longer stays we can offer special rates.

Additional services:

• The villa has free Internet acces. The staff will provide you with a USB stick and the inlog codes.

• For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the supermarket or to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee (20.000 Rph) for the transportation costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still very low in this northern part of Bali.

• We are pleased to arrange the transport from the airport in Denpasar (or another place if you arrived already earlier on Bali) to the villa. The driver will pick you up and bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The cost of this transfer is 500.000 Rph (a 7-seater suitable for max. 5 persons plus luggage). The costs for the transport are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid to the driver after arrival at the villa.

A down payment of 40% of the total rental amount is required within 14 days of confirmation. The remaining amount (60%) plus the deposit of € 150 has to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the total rental amount plus the deposit needs to be paid immediately after confirmation of the booking. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure.
The inventory will be checked by our staff upon arrival and departure. If there are any missing items, breakages or damages, the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Payment can be done via wired bank transfer or via Paypal (extra fee when paying via Paypal is 5% due to the fee Paypal is charging us).

Unless a specific arrangement has been made, check-in is after 14.00h, check-out is at 12.00h.

In the villa you will find an information guide with all important phone numbers (such as the help desk, the doctor, the drivers), practical information about the villa, suggestions for the menu, information of the surrounding area, suggestions for day tours, addresses of fine restaurants, shops etc.

  Villa Puri Soka was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! As per the photos the Villa is lovely, however the villa staff were excellent, helping with any queries we had, and cooking most of our meals. The pool and gardens were beautiful, and well maintained by the gardener and pool boy. Our driver (August) was excellent - helping to organize various trips and outings around the area. Angelique - the manager of the property - was extremely easy to deal with leading up to our stay, including organizing airport transfers etc, she was also very helpful during our stay when we had any questions. Overall, a Fantastic holiday rental!

  This is a wonderful Villa. We've traveled widely and Bali is, by far, the best place we've vacationed.
  
  Visit Puri Soka if you want to see the less touristy (northern) side of Bali. The staff there are amazing. Food was excellent. Our driver was so friendly. A visit to his home was a highlight of the trip. The views from the Villa are exceptional. I can't think of one negative thing to say.
  
  Bali is a long way from Pennsylvania but we might be back!!!

  Stayed just recently at the Villa for a few nights with family and friends..total bliss..
  
  Quite simply its a perfectly architected space with the most amazing views over the Bali sea and rice fields below! All rooms super comfortable and clean with some traditional Balinese crafted furniture..Open plan kitchen overlooking the pool and the ocean. The pool itself is something else, all equipment in working order, garden well looked after, just everywhere you look - its been thought through!! Unreal!
  
  Most importantly, the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly and will do anything to ensure your stay is pretty care-free! Su and Sari cooked some great meals, especially on the first night, as we requested traditional Balinese dinner and even though local market has closed already due to heavy rain - they continued to search for ingredients for some time (in a monsoon!) until they had all to guarantee a great dinner for our party! The food selection was amazing, around 12 or so dishes - all with authentic taste!
  
  Putu has helped searched allover to help organise Legong, Jogged and Gamelan (takes few days and negotiable)- traditional Balinese music band and dancers who came to the Villa to entertain during and after our tasty dinner - it was one memorable night for all of us!!
  
  Many things to do in the area too - hot-springs, waterfalls, dolphin watching, Lovina restaurants, etc, etc - all if you can really be bothered to leave this space! (some restaurants do delivery to the Villa also)

  A beautiful house with a amazing vieuw and a great swmmingpool.
  Lovely ladies are spoiling you the whole day with lovely food.
  One call is enough to get a car with a very friendly driver, with lots of good advises.
