Do you want to wake up by the sound of the waves? This can be reality in this beautiful and charming holiday villa right at the beach!

Villa Bundar is located directly at the beach of Lovina-Beach, so it takes you only a few steps to dive into the sea. The villa is built in a round shape, hence the name Bundar, that means ‘round’ in the Indonesian language.

The round design of the villa provides you with a fantastic view from all the angles. The front of the villa gives you a totally unobstructed view of the beach and the sea. From the back of the villa you can see the mountains with the vineyards and the rice fields. On the... east and the west side, you will enjoy the tropical plants and palm trees of the garden around the villa.

Villa Bundar has 2 bedrooms with both double beds and 1 bathroom with a bath, a shower, two sinks and a toilet. If you stay with 5 people we can place 1 extra bed in one of the bedrooms. The villa has a large living room with an open kitchen and an extra toilet in the hallway.

In front of the villa you will find a beautiful swimming pool, directly adjacent to the terrace, from where you will have a magnificent view over the sea. The pool is built in the same round shape as the villa and has besides a deep part also a shallow sitting (children's playing) area.

At the terrace you will find a relaxing sitting area with a dinning table, relax chairs and sun beds. At the back of the villa you will find also a nice terrace with two sofas to relax. The terraces are partly covered by the thatched roof, so you can always sit in the shadow.

The villa is equipped with all conveniences such as free wireless Internet, TV, DVD player and on the shelves in the living room you will find books, CDs, DVDs and games for use. Also there is a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a safe deposit box for your valuables.

Six days a week hospitable staff will be at your service (Sundays they are off only when you arrive or depart on a Sunday). The household help & cook takes care of the cleaning, the laundry, the groceries and she can prepare delicious meals for you (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The villa has also a gardener who takes care of the garden and the swimming pool and there is a security guard on duty in the evening and the night. The cost of the staff is included in the rental rate, only the groceries are at your own expenses.

Villa Bundar is located in a quiet area where you will experience the authentic Bali atmosphere. The view is fantastic, also the sunset is stunning!

The villa is located on a small villa park Batu-Batu (only 5 villas). You can use the facilities of the Villa Park including the Spa for massages and a wooden boat with bar at the beach where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful sunset with a drink. Also there are canoes and sup boards to use and there is a trampoline for children.

Villa Bundar is located right at the beach of the village Dencarik, only 10 minutes away from Lovina at the north coast of Bali. Lovina is the touristic town of the north coast and known for the many dolphins you can see in the morning at sunrise.

The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, terraced rice-fields, plantations, mountains, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find he most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobodur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs of Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkeling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.
You will be surprised by this authentic part of Bali, more and more people are discovering the still pristine, unspoiled and authentic north coast.

We can arrange the transport from the airport (or another place on Bali if you arrived earlier) to the villa for you. Our driver will be waiting for you to bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The transportation costs are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid directly to the driver after arriving at the villa.
For sightseeing tours you can use also one of the drivers we work with. The drivers speak all English and are also very good guides, they know the nicest places in Bali!

The rental rate includes:

The rate is for the exclusive use of the villa (not per person) and is based on a stay of 1 week (7 nights) with 2 persons. If you stay 2 weeks (14 nights) or longer, the discount will be € 50 per week. If you stay with 3-4 persons, the additional charges will be € 50 per person per week.
Child bed, high chair and car seat available for young children.

You can also rent the villa on a daily basis (minimum 3 nights) or for a longer period. The price will be adjusted accordingly. For longer stays we can offer special rates.

Additional services:

• The villa has free wireless Internet. The staff will provide you with the login codes for your laptop.

• For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the supermarket or to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee (20.000 Rph) for the transportation costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still very low in this northern part of Bali.

• We are pleased to arrange the transport from the airport in Denpasar (or another place if you arrived already earlier on Bali) to the villa. The driver will pick you up and bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The cost of this transfer is 500.000 Rph (a 7-seater suitable for max. 5 persons plus luggage). The costs for the transport are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid to the driver after arrival at the villa.

A down payment of 40% of the total rental amount is required within 14 days of confirmation. The remaining amount (60%) plus the deposit of € 150 has to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the total rental amount plus the deposit needs to be paid immediately after confirmation of the booking. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure.
The inventory will be checked by our staff upon arrival and departure. If there are any missing items, breakages or damages, the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Payment can be done via wired bank transfer or via Paypal (extra fee when paying via Paypal is 5% due to the fee Paypal is charging us).

Unless a specific arrangement has been made, check-in is after 14.00h, check-out is at 12.00h.

In the villa you will find an information guide with all important phone numbers (such as the help desk, the doctor, the drivers), practical information about the villa, suggestions for the menu, information of the surrounding area, suggestions for day tours, addresses of fine restaurants, shops etc.

  De villa was fantastisch, alleen 'n paar praktische dingen waren wat minder : in de douche was helemaal niets om shampoo of zo op te zetten,
  de toiletrolhouders waren krakkemikkig en het bankstel in de woonkamer was mooi om te zien, maar zat niet comfortabel.
  Het zwembad was heerlijk, het strand was vuil en werd niet schoon gemaakt, er lagen zelfs dode dieren op.Terwijl 'n eindje verderop elke dag het strand werd schoongemaakt. Schandalig!!!
  Wandelen was ook niet mogelijk, alles liep dood. Of je moest langs een drukke weg lopen achter elkaar, dat was voor ons geen optie.
