Description
Villa Elbe, art nouveau villa of the early 19st, is allocaated on a slightly elevated part of Lovran offering a view of the historical part of the old town, the sea and the bay with islands and Gorski Kotar in the background. Surrounded by a large garden with a small pool, lawns, flower beds, fig trees, palm trees, plums, peaches, datura, oleander, laurel, boxwood and kaki tree provides the ideal place for families with children. In the courtyard is private parking for two cars.
80m2 apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a balcony and sea views, living room with TV / SAT, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower and hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and refrigerator. If necessary, we can provide two childernbeds.
The apartment is only 200m from the sea, kids beach Ciper and 400 meters from the town beach. At a distance of 70 m as shops, restaurants, markets, supermarkets, bus station, post office, ice cream shop and the historic city center. For those who like long walks are provided countless opportunities - from walking by the sea (30 km) to hike inside the park U?ka which is just 1 km away. Lovers of active holidays can choose from one-day trips to the island, fishing (fishing license required), scuba diving, surfing in buy Preluk, paragliding from the top of U?ka (1400m), hiking, riding, swimming, tennis ...And after all the effort to enjoy the rich gastronomic offer of many restaurants.
