Only 25 minutes from Fayetteville, 20 minutes to Bentonville and 15 minutes to Pinnacle Hills Promenade premier shopping. Kayaks and canoes are available and small dog friendly.

XNA airport is 20 miles.

I have stayed at little cedar 3 times, and this year will be our fourth. This place is the absolute best vacation getaway. Jan and her husband are very kind and very helpful. The fishing dock there is a really neat place, and children can feed the fish. Her chips and salsa is excellent, and not to forget about the cookies. I will continue to make Little Cedar a yearly vacation, and only stay with Jan, at her cabin. Thanks to Jan and her husband, for a wonderful vacation, for myself, and my family.

The past three years we have been fortunate to be guest at Little Cedar during which we have developed new friendships with the surrounding neighbors. Throughout all our travels this is by far our favorite place to vacation. Little Cedar is a luxury retreat nestled in the woods with only short walk to a wonderful dock on Beaver Lake. The covered dock offers great swimming, sun bathing, and fishing. Also available is a pontoon boat with a fully equipped kitchen which allows you to enjoy a fabulous dining experience lakeside. Little Cedar offers only the finest amenities that you could ever wish for in your get away, from exotic woods throughout the entire structure to fine Egyptian cotton sheets. One of our favorite features is the screened-in porch from which you can enjoy watching deer, squirrels, birds and other wild life. On those cooler nights you can enjoy a fire in the living room while sipping a glass of wine or watching the large screen TV. There are literally hundreds of Dvds available for enjoying a quiet evening. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and contains every imaginable culinary tool you could ever want to prepare a gourmet meal. We look forward to our time at Little Cedar and Beaver Lake each year.
