This semi detached cottage is located in the resort town of Lowestoft in Suffolk and sleeps ten people in four bedrooms. Primrose House was originally two houses that have been knocked together to create a holiday cottage in the Suffolk seaside town of Lowestoft. There are four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and one with bunk beds) and a sofa bed in one of the sitting rooms, making it suitable for up to ten people. Also in the cottage are two family bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room with open fire, two sitting rooms, one with open fire and one with gas fire, and a games area for the children. Outside the cottage is off road parking for tw...o cars and an enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture and play equipment. With just a short walk to the beach and an amusement park on the edge of the town, Primrose House is a great family holiday cottage.

Amenities: Gas central heating with open fires. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer by arrangement with owner. 2 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, radio/CD player, library of books, games, CDs and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgates. Off road parking for 2 cars, ample roadside parking. Bike storage available. Front lawned garden. Enclosed side and rear lawned garden with furniture, summerhouse and children's play equipment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and leisure centre 5 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: The owner has a selection of beach equipment including towels, chairs, parasol, windbreak and toys which are available to hire by arrangement.

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: The resort of Lowestoft is situated on the Suffolk coast and is home to some of the finest Blue Flag beaches in the area. Lowestoft has a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars whilst its maritime heritage is celebrated with a number of attractions.Read more

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Primrose house is a lovely place to stay. It is very clean and well kept with many things to keep you entertained if you wish to stay in. If you like to get out there are many places to go just a short drive away; including:- Great Yarmouth, Oulton Broad, Somerleyton, Southwold and also Lowestoft beach. The property itself was comfy, spacious and a very good value for money.
