The house has three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a well-planned kitchen and a large living room suitable also for dining. Every room has air-conditioning and a telephone. The house is also provided with satellite TV, VCR and a hi-fi system. The large living/dining area of the house opens onto the lovely garden where, among the olive trees, there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. There is a tennis court on the estate for use by clients. The maid who takes care of the villa is also an excellent cook and, on request, she is available to prepare local dishes. GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall with sofa bed,... bathroom, double bedroom with bathroom, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FIRST FLOOR Huge living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area opening to the garden, master bedroom with bathroom.
