Villa with garden in Lucca, located in green countryside distant just 800m. from old downtown and its famous Walls (“Le Mura”).
The house is on two floors, covering an area of approx. of 180 square meters.
On the ground floor, entirely tiled in terracotta (“Cotto Toscano”), there´s a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, and bright lounge with access to garden, double bedroom and bathroom.
On the first floor, tiled with wooden floor, there are two double bedrooms, one triple room, one single room (all of them with air conditioning system) and a large bathroom with tub.

Lucca permits also to reach famous touristic places, like Florence (60 min.), Pisa (20 min.), Forte dei Marmi and Versilia (15 min.). In Lajatico (40 min.) an open-air concert of Andrea Bocelli takes place every year in July.

Nice, spacious house with enough rooms for 2 large families. Well equiped with washing machine, dishwasher and wifi.
Beautiful garden and a supermarket close by at walking distance.

We spent a wonderful week at villa Parenti, Good location near Lucca's wall. Clean, smart, spacious villa with comfortable beds. The house is very quiet with nice enviorment.
