Enjoy this centrally located, fully furnished and bright 1-bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom (25 m2). Bath towels and bed sheets/linen are for all guests available. On the basement washing machines are at your free disposal. The apartment consists of one double bed as well as a sofa bed for two persons. The kitchen, designed for four people, comes with cutlery, dishes and pans and is equipped with two hotplates and a combination device to be used as a microwave as well as for baking. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, a mirro...r cabinet, a hairdryer, an electric iron and an ironing board. For fun or professional purposes, the apartment is equipped with free WIFI and a flat screen TV with a wide range of channels. On the Allmend of Lucerne you live centrally but you still have all kinds of recreation opportunities close to the apartment. The main railway station and old town Lucerne are two kilometers away and can be reached by train (5min), by bus (14min), on foot (30min) or by car (12min) in a very short time.

The apartment is located on the Allmend in Lucerne, two kilometers away from the main rail station, the old town, the lake and footsteps away from the football stadium “Swisspor Arena”. Not only does the Allmend of Lucerne offer you a place to enjoy yourself, it also gives you the possibility to do various kinds of activities. A multiplex building steps from the apartment offers tennis courts, a gym and also day nursery. The highway connection (Kriens Süd) is only a 2.5 kilometers drive from the apartment. The main rail station and old town Lucerne can easily be reached with public transport within 14 minutes. Buses are heading towards Lucerne every 15 minutes. The bus stop is only a few steps from the apartment. Also there is a rail station close to the apartment. Trains pass through the station every 30 minutes. All sightseeing spots and the main rail station are only a few minutes away from the apartment.
