The master bedroom has a single bed and a double bed. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed. Easily sleeps six people. The property is closed with a personal security guard and 2 dedicated parking spaces. Small play area on site for young children. Outdoor shower and bathroom near gazebo property. Walking distance to grocery store, local restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and increasingly popular 'kiosks'. Easily sleeps six people. Property is gated with a security guard on staff and 2 dedicated parking spaces. Small playground area on site for young children. Outdoor shower and bathroom near property gazebo.
Hot and Sunny Luquillo's' greatest assets are its' varied, beautiful beaches and its' easy access to San Juan and the Rain Forest. Balneario Luquillo is a calm crescent shaped beach lined with coconut trees. Blue /Costa Azul Beach has a small surf, La Pared Beach offers good surfing waves. and La Selva surfer’s beach is just east of Luquillo. If you find a better beach and price anywhere in the World please let me know.El Yunque rainforest peaks: Hike to La Roca, Los Picachos and El Yunque peak. Hacienda Carabalí mount an elegant Paso Fino horse and ride. September Festival del Coco; December Festival de Platos Típicos; March Luquillo celebrates a San José Patron Saint Festival. Festivities include dances, foods, parades and religious processions. The Villa is less than mile from Luquillo beach walking distance. No better place on Earth . Puerto Rico/U.S.A Does it Better. Come and enjoy The Best in the whole world only 25 Miles from San Juan Airport. Walking distance to local restaurants, grocery store and ever-popular 'Kioskos.Luquillo is a very famous tourist attraction in PR. It has the most incredible blue beaches that are renowned around the world as 'Bandera Azul', or Blue Flag, which is the heights distinction. El Yunque National Rain Forest is 5 min. from the apartment with its incredible waterfalls and hikin.
Luquillo is the Sun Capital of the World! Villa is only 5 minutes away walking from the world-famous Luquillo Beach, and our own Playa Azul beach area, La Pared Beach for surfing. El Yunque Rainforest the only one in the whole USA, and Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve and Lighthouse, which is home to one of the world's last remaining bioluminescent bay. It is a 15-minute drive to the ferry and airports that provide transportation to the offshore islands of Culebra and Vieques.g trails.
Also in Fajardo which is 15 min away, you can set sail on one of many boats for rental or take the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. Also in Christmas season and Three Kings Day you can explore our culture and festivals. Viejo San Juan is only 40 min. away with historical sightseeing like 'El Morro Fortress', the Bacardi Rum Factory tour, lots of shopping, wonderful food and sightseeing in a ferry cruise on the bay. Good Hotels nearby like El Conquistador& Westin Rio Mar where you can find fine dining, casino, golfing, horseback riding, snorkeling, tennis, marina and dancing. There are 5 Golf courses in Rio Grande area.
