I travel 3 to 4 times a year and usually stay in a timeshare. This was the first time I used a private rental. I was not disappointed. The apartment was clean, roomy good location near beach, and Highway 3. Being 3 women traveling alone I felt safe in the neighborhood and in the apartment. Rich the owner was friendly and accommodating and always available to answer questions. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends. Ps he makes a pretty good Philly Cheese steak too.
