Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a recreational paradise less than 4 hours from the Twin Cities. Prime location for vacationers! Hundreds of miles of spectacular hiking trails criss cross the forests and mountains. Mountain biking and horseback riding are available at the top of the hill. Kids of all ages will love the Alpine Slide just up the road. Golf 27 holes at the spectacular Superior National Golf course right across Ski Hill Road. New this year, bring your bikes and enjoy the newest section of the Gitchi Gammi bike trail at the bottom of Ski Hill Road. Ride for miles along the shore of Lake Superior on a dedicated asphalt path....

Lutsen's ski hills are just 1/2 a mile up Ski Hill Road, you can see the ski runs from the master bedroom window. This is the best skiing in Midwest! Cross country ski, snowshoe or take dog sled and sleigh rides at Superior National's Nordic Center right across the road. Miles of snowmobile trails through incredible forests are easily accessible.

Our home was professionally decorated and it's beautifully furnished. The master bedroom suite offers a private retreat after a hard day at play. There's a whirlpool for two and a private bath and every window offers a beautiful view of mountains, trees or Lake Superior.

Set in the trees on with no buildings behind it to block the view. Every window that faces the lake has a view of the lake as does the covered deck and screen porch. There's a fire ring to gather around for evenings under the stars and let me tell you, they are spectacular here. It's the ideal vacation home for families and friends. Just off of Ski Hill Road 1/4 up from Highway 61 so it has a view of Lake Superior. It's across the road from Superior National Golf Course and less than 1/2 a mile from the Lutsen Mountain's ski hills, it's a prime Lutsen location.

  The owners delivered what they promise. Easy, easy to work with. Please if you are checking out places in the Lutsen area, Do not pass this place by. In fact, my husband loved it so much he wanted to buy it!!! Now, that says a lot. Of course, it wasn't for sale. But, that is how impressed we both were with the place, the location, sites and food in the area.

  I know you put a lot of effort into choosing where to spend your honeymoon, we're so happy you were pleased with your choice of our home. Lutsen is such a beautiful place, that's why we chose it for the site of our own wedding and why we bought the home, we never get tired of being there.   After scouring all of the rental sites for properties along the North Shore I finally decided on reserving this cabin. I can say that it was the right choice. This place is fantastic!
  
  Everything was very well maintained, clean & each room was beautifully decorated. We traveled with a group of five and the sleeping arrangements were perfect/comfortable. My husband and I stayed in the master suite, from the top of the staircase there you can see the pine trees silhouetted by the rising/setting sun each day thru the windows at the peak of the roofline in the living room. This view (along with the view from pretty much any other window in the unit!)is gorgeous.
  
  The cabin itself was super easy to find & the location is wonderful for those looking to enjoy some of the Superior Hiking Trail while still being within a good distance to shopping and great restaurants (Coho's & Angry Trout are our favorites).
  
  We're already making plans to stay here again. Reserve it, you wont be disappointed!

  Thanks for the glowing review. We are SO happy to hear you enjoyed your stay in our home. We fell in love with the decor too, so unique for an "up north" home. Since it was the builder's model, it was decorated and furnished by professionals, it's so cute and comfortable. We chose to buy it because of the great views, it's lake, woods or mountains out every window. It's a sweet spot for a north shore vacation, not doubt about it. We hope you do come again, it's beautiful in every season.
