Excellent location, easy to get to central square and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Large windows let in lots of light. I thought it would be noisy at night but it wasn't. The apartment was nicely furnished and has a washing machine (unusual for Ukraine!). My only complaint was how hot is was while we were there, despite two fans in the apartment. Apparently they are not allowed to put in air conditioning in the historic center.

Viktor Shostak, was very helpful before and during the rental. The apartment was designed by an interior decorator or someone with cheerful modern tastes. Despite it's excellent, central location, it was quiet. all the essential sights were walking distance and if, cooking in the very cosy, attractive kitchen is not what you want, within a very short walk are a few excellent cafes including fancy cafe pastry shop with first class pastries and the excellent coffee, Lviv residents seem to pride themselves on, probably the influence of the former austro Hungarian empire to which the city once belonged.
On the last night we discovered an inexpensive yet excellent restaurant nearby with authentic Ukrainian drinks and dishes and live music.
The only minor inconvenience-easily remediable-I can think of is that the modern washing machine in the bathroom jumped around as it needs to be balanced to stay in place. -

I had almost stopped visiting Lviv because every time I rented an apartment it was dirty and uncomfortable. However during a business trip last week I stayed in this apartment. It was excellent. The apartment was spotless, had a fantastic bed, it was on a quiet street and they supplied coffee, tea, shampoo, hair dryer, wonderful towels and new linens. Vicktor met us at the apartment promptly and showed us around. He was friendly, personable and someone I felt comfortable with immediately. I would rate this as my best trip to Lviv because of the wonderful accommodations and the warm greeting. And best of all, everything was done by e-mail which is the only way to go in these modern times. If all other apartments had this standard, Lviv would be full of tourists.

This appartment is great, modern,immaculate,spacious and tasteful. Viktor, your host, is very personable in evry respect.The location is super, step out the door into the old town wonderworld. Keep in mind there are quite a few stairs to climb to the appartment. This is not a problem but be preprared if you overload with luggage (like we did)

Highly recommended. We received a very warm welcome at the apartment and a high level of service throughout our stay. The apartment itself is brand new, furnished to a high standard with everything you need in an apartment. Good bed, shower and kitchen. Free wi-fi, satellite TV with a wide range of channels in different languages. They also provided maps and guides to the city which were very helpful. Everything is within walking distance so the location is great too. They were able to arrange onward travel for us and help us with our travel plans before and during out stay. In summary, it was an outstanding place to stay. Thank you Victor and Slavik!

hi glad to leave my review: even if I travel a lot it's first time i leave a review. Why? Cause finally I was very happy with this experience: the apt is very comfy, well designed and decorated, clean, spacious and you can find everything you need, brand new.
The owner is also very friendly and kind and he gave us all the needed info and support.
The location itself is ok, just 10 min walking distance from Rinok market (you walk home on one of the main streets, so it's safe also during night).
Overall experience and impressions are then very good: I was with my beloved and also her really liked and enjoyed everything.
So very good value at the end, thumbs up!
