This is a beautful condo that has a great view of the beach and ocean from the sliding glass living room door. You can hear the waves of the ocean from the bedroom which is really relaxing to go to sleep and wake up to. The condo is in walking distance from the harbor that includes shops, restaurants, bars, and an aqauriaum. You can also walk along the beach anywhere right outside of the condo. On top of that, it is centrally located to major towns on the island and it's an easy drive in any direction to them. The condo itself is very clean and modern.

Excellent ocean view. Good location, midway between major towns and popular beaches. Nothing is far away. No hassle rental process. Condo was full of amenities you would never have guessed a vacation rental would have. Very nice modern bathroom and kitchen. They thought of everything! Was literally like home away from home. Was quiet a peaceful everyday and night. Excellent beach short walk away. Watched small fish floating in the reef everyday. Restaurants/bars/shops within walking distant with great views. I am BBQ critic, and Beachbums restaurant had some of the best BBQ ribs I've ever tasted, and portions are huge. Because it was breezy everyday, we didn't have to use the air conditioner. We opened the front door and let the breeze blow through screen door. Free parking space is underground and out of the sun. Excellent rental. Hope to return soon.

This condo is centrally located, and if you do activities that leave Ma'alaea harbor, it's a 2 minute walk. The harbor also has some great restaurants and shops. The lanai was incredible! Great for watching the sunrise and eating your breakfast and even better for romantic dinners. The view was spectacular, and we could hear the ocean 24/7. Everything you could want is in this condo (fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom with large shower, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, coolers, info on the island, etc.), and the bed is incredibly comfortable too. We had the time of our lives! What a wonderful place to stay!

My family recently visited Maui and stayed at this condo. We found this condo to be in a great location on the island. Centrally located between the hot spots but away from the hustle and bustle. This condo has an amazing view that will keep you entertained. The beautiful kitchen and bath have everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

This condo was very comfortable and offered all that we could want or need in a vacation home. The kitchen is well appointed with very nice cookware. The view is gorgeous with very inviting pool and lawn area with comfortable lounge chairs that beckon enjoyment of the sun and surf. The location of this condo is ideal; so close to lots of beach, restaurants and amenities, but just remote enough to feel more resort-like. Covered parking was an added plus. Whale watching from the lanai with the provided binoculars was a highlight.

My wife and I stayed here in the beginning of June and had a wonderful stay. The condo is right on the water and you can hear the waves crashing from the patio. The condo is filled with all of the beach equipment you need, which is especially nice now that the airlines don't allow you to bring much with you on the plane. The location is very central. It's easy to get to most places on the island from here. The condo was very clean, comfortable and updated. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen and a bbq right downstairs, which is great when you want a night in. Great place!

The condo was great, wish we could see the sunset though. Mornings were kinda warm to sit on the Lanai but overall it was good. Enjoyed watching all the surfers every day.

My husband and myself took our children 3 and 1 to this wonderful condo. We were a couple of miles from everything: Kihea, Lahaina, Maui Ocean Center, and the beach was within steps!! I will absolutely be a return traveler. The condo had all of the essentials-even for the children! We had the best view of the bay and the balcony provided the most beautiful view of the sunsets we could have asked for.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this condo. Like the first time, we both really enjoyed our relaxing time on Maui. First, the unit is very clean, well maintained and is nicely decorated in Hawaiian decor. The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled just a few years ago and still look brand new. The condo has a relaxing lanai with a great ocean view. It is in a great location on the western side Maui being just a few minutes from Kihei/Wailea areas and about 20 minutes to Lahaina area. It has everything you would need- a pool and BBQ outside near the ocean, all of the cooking utensils for preparing meals, a comfortable bed, a new LCD T/V and DVD player, internet connection and its sleeps four. Needless to say, we both highly recommend it and look forward to coming back and staying here in 2011!!!

The ocean view from both inside the condo and on the lanai was absolutely amazing. Also being close enough to observe the ocean traffic was very enjoyable. We found this location to be very relaxing. It was close to shops, restaurants and activities, yet far enough away to feel separate from all that. Condo was clean and nicely furnished and updated. Only downside can be the wind. It's very breezy most of the time, however, this kept it comfortable, a little cooler and less humid than some spots we visited.

This is a great condo. Location was good...center of island. Remodeled interior with all amenitites. It's not overly fancy from the outside, but the view out the back was spectacular. Ocean is right out back, BBQ, saw sea turtles every day. Walking and swimming beach 1/4 mile down the road, uncrowded 4 mile beach. This is not in a resort area, so must drive to stores, food, etc, but w/in 10 minutes. 20-25 minutes to major cities like lanai, kanapali. 15 minutes to airport.

My wife and I spent our 'Babymoon' in Maui and loved our stay at this oceanfront condo. The location is great, close to Lahaina, Wailea, and the airport. And it's walking distance to the harbor for snorkeling, whale watching, and other activities. This was an ideal jumping off point for our daily adventures which included Kapalua, Wailea, Hana, and various hiking and snorkeling destinations. We loved relaxing on the balcony eating breakfast in the mornings - we even saw a whale!

First of all, the management was very flexible and was accommodating to our early arrival time, which was much appreciated.
The condo is located at a great location; short drive from the airport and the main attractions. The condo itself had everything we needed and was well maintained. The view is spectacular with the calming ocean within few yards of the condo. There is a BBQ area as well. -

We stayed for seven nights in Unit 204 and what a wonderful time we had in this terrific condominium! It is beautifully appointed and has everything one needs. It is tastefully decorated, clean and fresh.The kitchen and bathroom are new and wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is needed. The condominium also provides so many beach ammenities including beach chairs, ice chests, snorkel equipment, umbrellas, etc. The most outstanding aspect of all is the view! It has a full ocean view and the wonderful sounds of the ocean fill the condominium. We so enjoyed our time out on the balcony watching the waves and drinking in the sites.The trade winds keep it comfortable and you can't keep your eyes away from the beautiful Hawaiian ocean! It is centrally located which makes it convenient for exploring the island. We can't say enough good things about our stay here!

We loved our location and our condo had everything you could possible want including basic food supplies, washer and dryer, beach towels. We could walk to the aquarium which turned out to be so large that we spent hours there. We sat on the balcony for breakfast and watch boats coming and going from the nearby harbor. We wish we could have that view every morning. This was so much better than a hotel and we were right next to the ocean. During our stay, everything around us was so quiet that you felt like you were at your own home. We're so glad we stayed here.

This condo has everything one needs to enjoy Maui. Comfortable beds & furniture, binoculars, beach towels, snorkeling gear, a kitchen and other features that allowed us to pack light and avoid airline fees for extra baggage. The unobstructed view of the Harbor can be enjoyed from the 2nd story lanai. It's away from heavier traffic areas, so it's quiet and peaceful.

Imagine waking up in the morning to a golden sunshine, palm trees swaying and the sound of waves hitting the shore. You then proceed to pour yourself a cup of coffee and sit out on the balcony sipping your coffee while watching the surfers catch some waves. I was so lucky to be staying in this beautiful condo where this was my morning ritual everyday! The condo is fully equipped with everything you could need and modern updates. The condo is in a quiet setting but is so close to all the action of shops, restaurants and most impotantly beaches! I would recommend anyone to experience this amazing place!

My husband and I stayed at the condo for our honeymoon. It was absolutely fabulous. When they say oceanfront, they really mean it - it is right on the water. We often sat out on the lanai (the nice patio) watching the waves, surfers, and marine animals while drinking our lava flows.
The condo is conveniently located to so many great Maui attractions. It is very close to the port, you can walk there, where we took a snorkeling boat trip. There are many other boat trips you can take advantage of from this port. The condo is located right in the middle of Lahaina and Kihei. So, we were able to get to other Maui hot spots in no time! It was great.
This condo is a great place to stay because it is quiet and relaxing. The condo is clean and nicely remodeled. I will recommend the condo to all my friends and family.

The condo is in a super location. Close to things to walk if you like and right in the middle of everything. It sits right on the water's edge so the view are fabulous! It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. We used the BBQ grill on the lawn area a few nights which was so nice. It is a full kitchen so can stay in and eat out on the lovely patio overlooking water any night!! The whales were migrating in Feb. so we could sit and watch them from the patio!! That was so incredible. The parking spot is covered and there is a small grocery store next door. It is truly paradise there!!
