This ocean front unit will sleep 4 guests. It is a 1 bedroom (queen/queen sofa
bed) condo that has internet connection. The lanai is a great place to watch the
whales frolicking in the ocean during whale season.
This complex has 44 units spread over 3 floors. It has both 1 and 2 bedroom
units. The grounds are lush with tropical vegetation ? swaying palms and
assorted fruit trees can be found throughout the grounds. There is a fenced-in
pool and a BBQ area. Access to the beach is only steps away from your unit.
Each floor has its own laundry room, with 2 washers and dryers per floor. The

We've stayed at Maalaea Bay a few times in different units. This one is basic, but nice. A short walk to the beach which is always uncrowded except on weekends when the locals make busy use of the nearby park for family picnics.

Excellent and would rent it again. We like the location on the island, and it's easy access either east or west. We found alot of good restaurants in the area and in Kihei.

Ok! First of all I usually don't do this but when something is so good and the price is excellent you can't help but make a comment. Actually maybe I shouldn't because then more people will book and I won't get in! Well, here goes. It is unbelievable clean. Right on the beach! Pool and Bar B Q location beautiful! Bed mattress was wonderful, the amenities in the rental were thorough, thoughtful and complete from kitchen to bathroom. Tv could have been bigger but you are not there to collapse in front of a TV. Because of beach frontage the walks and swimming are awesome. The owners are extremely nice and willing to accommodate from beginning to end. Local restaurants are casual to five star and out of the tourist run of the mill locations. A glimpse of the real Maui. What more can I say but if you don't try to stay here it is your loss. Becky:=)

We stayed in this unit when we were married in Maui 10 years ago and it was exactly as we remembered. It is affordable, clean, quiet and easily accessible. One of our favorite things to do is to sit on the lanai in the morning and watch the sun rise...the sunsets are pretty awesome too. We will be staying here again for our next trip!
