This 2 bedroom (queen/queen/queen sofa bed), 2 bathroom oceanfront unit
sleeps up to 6 guests. The condo has an updated kitchen and flat screen TV.
The unit also has free internet connection. Guests are given an assigned parking
space. This beautiful complex sits on the reef section of Maalaea Bay. The lush grounds
are host to many island flowers and trees. Looking out over the reef?s edge, the
wide expanse of ocean can be seen for miles on end. Kihei, Wailea, Makena

Great location...no beach front- cant walk on beach to Khei-have to use the raod to the park then to the beach. Condo needs some work-updating... needs some re-plastering, new flooring new bathrooms. Had ant problem in both bathroom, and some other bugs in closet Washer and Dryer a bonus!!! Needs a kettle and a toaster. Little or no traffic in front of the condo...easy access to pool and BBQ. Condo residents(owners) are wonderful. Like the different events at the pool, on different days. Great pool and lounge area!!! The parking stall was small and between two large vehicles..made it difficult to get out of vehicle. Carrying groceries -condo was a ways from the parking stall-and were lucky not to get yelled at if you double parked in front of condo (just to unload groceries. The online video is better than the actual condo. They say that you dont spend much time in the condo anyway...but just think about it...you eat breakfast and supper at the condo...--in betweeyou are out...and the rest of the time (14 hours) you are at the condo.

We have stayed at this building (Island Sands) in this unit(111) for the past 3 years.Every year that we come the condo is dirty.This time the carpets were filthy, so we asked that the carpets be cleaned.
We were involved in the 12/23/10 mudslide and the rental agent was extremely discourteous to us.She should retire if she cannot deal with the public in a better capacity.The agent put us in another unit on the same street after the mudslide and told us the unit would not be clean.We stayed another 3 weeks and the agent never sent anyone to clean the unit.We will never stay with your rental agency again......As a matter of fact ...we already cancelled our 2011-2012- 4 week reservation, but still plan to come to Maui ,just not use your agency.We were told that if we did not like the condo we were in, we could move out and get our money back for the remainder of our stay.......how nice......during the Christmas season................I think enough has been said. -

Rented from these condos 20 years ago had a great condo on 3rd floor requested 2 condos this time as we brought our children and grandchildren. They had a condo on 6th floor and ours was on 1st floor not good for enjoying each other. Condo on 1st floor does not have oven. Very windy and smokey
