This 1 bedroom (queen/queen Hide-a-Bed), 1 bathroom oceanfront unit will sleep
4 guests. It has 2 ceiling fans for those warm evenings. Enjoy the grounds with
its swaying palms or take a short swim in the soothing pool.
This complex gives all guests an oceanfront unit. It is nestled in lush tropical
vegetation that surrounds the building. The complex is situated on the reef and
it has a large swimming pool and BBQ area. A short walk will gain you access to
our beautiful and peaceful 5 mile beach. There are laundry facilities available on
the premises. Parking spaces are assigned to each unit.

We loved the condo to watch the whale activities in the bay. We were thankful there were binoculars to use in thecondo. We also enjoyed taking beach walks from the nearby small park.
However, we realize many people rent by the week and don't cook much. The kitchen was very minimally stocked with mismatching dishes and glasses and very few old thin pots and pans. It would've been helpful if there had been a few spices and salt and pepper. These weren't items we didn't have the room to fly with. There weren't cleaning supplies for the kitchen or bathroom that I remember. We bought those. The sheets and towels were ok and functioned, but I don't remember things matching (pillow cases to sheets, washcloths to towels). There needed to be some kind of explanation of how the various boxes under the TV functioned both for the TV and the computer online service. We had problems with them while there and weren't able to get help on weekends. There were no body surfing boards to float on in the ocean so we bought some and left them there.
Overall these aren't meant to be taken as major complaints. Your office people were very nice to deal with when we could connect. We enjoyed the month and are so glad we took the extra weeks to explore Maui! -

Unit was modest yet comfortable. Dishwasher broke during our stay and was fixed within 2 days. A little scary because the smell of hot wires made us think something else was very wrong. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. Laundry facility was not the cleanest. Used to a king size bed at home, a little close in the queen. Bed was comfortable.

The view from the condo living room and lanai was stunning, and all the amenities were more than adequate. However, the bedroom (and big window) was adjacent to the walkway to all the other units and (1) the walkway lights were on all night shinning into our bedroom, everyone walking to their units at night could see through our flimsy curtains which were blowing open all night and there was no privacy for a romantic night. We decided we could not go back there for that reason.
