This is an oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms (king/twins/queen sofa bed) and 2
bathrooms. It will sleep 6 guests. Enjoy the lanai while viewing the ocean and
surrounding mountains and maybe catch sight of a whale during whale season.
This complex gives all guests an oceanfront unit. It is nestled in lush tropical
vegetation that surrounds the building. The complex is situated on the reef and
it has a large swimming pool and BBQ area. A short walk will gain you access to

60878Incredible Views in quiet location
Left on 02/03/2012 for a stay in January 2012
We stayed here for a week in late January and it was perfect. The location itself (Maalaea) is wonderfully central for Maui. The winds were not problematic - in fact they helped keep things cool. The condo itself must be the best in the building for views - top floor, south and east views are amazing. Very quiet - seemed to be quite a few full-time residents there which was nice. Pool and grounds are immaculately kept. And they are nice enough to stock plenty of beach towels for you. (And wifi was great too!)
The condo itself is spacious and well apointed (kitchen has been recently remodeled.). Great for a family - the front bedroom has amazing morning sunrises; while the two twins in back are great for sleepy teenagers.
The kitchen was well-stocked - we cooked two full dinners plus pancakes in the am - they had everything we needed as far as utensils.
The nearby Tradewinds Deli was great for extra items (we liked the Whole Foods in Kahalui for main grocery stocking). Also a great nearby casual restaurant within walking distance (Beach Bums) as well as the Maui Ocean Center and a mini golf course that was way more fun that we'd anticipated. The nearby marina is where most Molokini and whale cruises leave from - though we saw whales every morning and evening from the spacious patio (bring binoculars!).
A few notes - this condo does not have a/C - we were always comfortable by keeping the windows open and fans on - but it's not 'quiet' in that sense. And this unit does not have washer/dryer in it, but the laundry room on the 4th floor is nearby (not too close!) and never seemed busy (we sensed many permanent residents have their own w/d in their units).
We'd definitely stay here again!
