This oceanfront unit sleeps 2 people. It is a 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bathroom
unit. It has internet connection for use by the guests. Enjoy the pool, soft
breezes, or take a long walk on our 5 mile beach.
This is the smallest of the complexes on Hauoli Street. It only has 23 condos in
the complex. It sits right at the edge of the beach amidst lush tropical greenery.
It has an expansive lawn with many lawn chairs to enjoy the sun, read a book
or simply enjoy the swaying palms and island breezes. There is a fenced in pool

We have enjoyed going to this beautiful spot on Maalaea Bay for about 30 years, and have stayed in several units over the years, but a-5 is our favourite unit because it is right on the beach, and is a very well-equipped unit. We like to cook at least half of our meals ourselves while we are away, and the owners of this unit have made sure that there are ample pots, casserole dishes, utensils etc. to make it easy. There is also a very nice flat top stove that makes meal preparation a breeze. It is also a very comfortable unit, with a lot of attention paid to decoration, as well as being equipped with a flat screen TV with many stations available, internet hook-up, etc. The bathroom has a grab-bar in the bathtub/shower, and a hand-held shower head for washing hair etc. My only criticisms would that the fridge is quite small and old, but it works just fine, so food keeps well, and there is limited space to store groceries in the cupboards. We expect to return to this unit many more times in the future. We love this spot!!

We loved the location of this condo...it was a good size and we loved the layout of the place. It had some drawbacks that can easily be fixed to make this into the perfect rental! The main issue was that the air conditioner wasn't big enough to cool down the entire place...we couldn't sleep in the bedroom because it was too hot and all the other times of the day, we had to set up fans everywhere to blow the cool air around. The other issue was the huge lack of cupboard space...not one cupboard empty for groceries, and yet there was two full drawers full of cutlery and enough plates for a banquet...?? Not sure this is necessary for a one bedroom, and there really wasn't any storage places to put the items not needed away. We also wondered why it was carpeted (??) as even though we removed out shoes and shook out the sand as best we could, with the beach so accessible, it definitely was tough to keep clean.
As I said, these are all very fixable and the location of the property was hands down, fantastic! We loved the BBQ, the pool and the friendly staff and workers...all very friendly and we were treated like gold! -

The condo was very nice- a bit dated, but clean, roomy and very well equipped. My wife was a little put off by the resident gecco, and the front of the condo area had an unpleasant sewage smell when it rained- fortunately, we were in the back.

accomodation was lovely. Right on the beach,away from the busy spots of Maui. But close enough to get to anywhere. It felt a little like going back in time.
We would definitely stay there again!
