Enjoy the seclusion and quiet of Ma'alaea. The community of Ma'alaea is located on the south end of Maui's Central Valley on the beautiful shores of Ma'alaea Bay. This sun kissed community is on the dry side of the West Maui Mountains. Its central location makes it a short drive to almost everything on island whether you want the beaches and resorts in Kihei/ Wailea, West Side beaches and shopping in Lahaina and Kaanapali, or Central Valley shopping and professional services.
The longest stretch of undeveloped sandy beach on Maui is just outside your door. Swim, snorkel, or surf in front of your condominium, or walk the pristine three-mile beach abutting the Kealia Pond National wildlife sanctuary. Enjoy magnificent views of the 10,000 foot dormant volcano Haleakala, watch outrigger canoe races, windsurfers, and parasailers.

This condo is in a wonderful location which is close to the Maui Ocean Center, a convenience store and a very short drive or walk to the public beach. We liked that the condo was in a very quiet location. The pool was nice and never crowded. The condo had everything we wanted including a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, WiFi, and DVD/Blu-ray movies. Corrine is very organized and great to work with! We had a wonderful time in Maui!

From start to finish this is the place to stay in Maui. Corrine is a pleasure to work with from scheduling to leaving. Every detail of our stay was mapped out. The condo is amazing! In what I believe is absolutely the perfect location to stay in Maui. Beautifully furnished, stocked with essentials, beach and entertainment items. Of course our personal favorite is the beautiful views from the lanai and the warm tropical trade winds. After several past trips to Maui I can't imagine staying any place else in the future.

Yes we are back home wondering how the vacation time passed so quickly. We had a fantastic time and a huge part of that was your amazing condo. We arrived at the condo late at night, tired from the long journey. I punched in the lock code, opened the door and was instantly energized. From the beautiful decorations, the bright colours and the huge TV already tuned to Hawaii pics, everything was perfect. Waking up the next morning and seeing the view from the balcony...Wow!!! Perfectly manicured palm trees and lawn framing pods of whales breaching and tail slapping. How can you not love it? Now I know why you get so passionate when you talk about your paradise in the sun. The location is perfect we were able to walk to and from our new favorite watering hole, Beach Bums. It's also very central for any day trips or activities in Maui.
We've already had lots of people ask us about the condo, we will happily pass along your info.

Just returned from a fantastic week at the Houston's beautiful condo in Maalaea. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery right outside your patio doors. It is everything plus. You are right in the middle of everything going on around you. You are basically 15 minutes from Lahania, Wailea and the airport, but you have quite a few restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. You get to wake up with a gorgeous sunrise over Haleakala crater and listen to the waves breaking below your patio door. Paradise it is. Looking forward to visiting again.

We booked this condo ten months ahead and spent the better part of a year looking forward to our month long stay. It was everything we dreamed it would be; beautiful, comfortable and convenient. The direct view of the ocean from the lanai was awesome. Watching the boats go out in the morning and snorkeling right in front of us was a happy way to pass the time. We just could not get enough of that view! We left the patio doors open and went to sleep on superior bedding, to the sounds of the waves, and the tradewinds through the palms every night. Though an air conditioner was provided, we never needed it all month (July). Beautiful Sugar Beach was a short walk from the condo. We enjoyed searching for shells and coral there, as well as the usual swimming and boogie boarding. The owners made the rental experience a breeze. They are professional and caring, even calling a couple of
times to be sure we were enjoying our stay. You can't do better than to rent this condo! -

We stayed here over Easter 2012 for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The condo is gorgeous with all the amenities of home - tastefully decorated and very nicely appointed - they thought of everything! Our TV and internet buffs were very excited about the satellite and wifi. Free long distance to check in with loved ones back home was great! We also loved that they had maps and guide books and the road to Hana CD guide.
We loved the location as it was very central to the entire island: 10min to Kihei, 15min to Lahaina/Kanapaali and 10 min to Kahului. This condo is perfect for a hub... The savings are incredible compared to similar properties in the other towns. The beach is within walking distance and so are gas station, convenience store, and a few good restaurants at the harbor, too. Plus if you don't have a vehicle I noticed there's a bus route that goes to the harbor.
The property itself is well managed and quiet - the sunrises are gorgeous and the breeze at night means no aC required. We are coming back sometime and hope to be able to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Being centrally located on the island made it very easy to get around. Loved sitting on the lanai watching the whales and turtles. Made a lot of use of all the amenities like the beach chairs, coolers and beach towels..made going to the beach easy. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient, and the kitchen was well equipped. Great place to stay!

Our visit to Maalaea, in Maui, was unforgettable, to say the very least..The condo is immaculately clean, modern and comfortable, in every way, especially the beds. The bathrooms are a luxury and the kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities..After every day of exploring Maui, it was so nice to come back to ultimate downtime, with the palms swaying in the breeze right off the balcony and the sounds of the surf lulling you to sleep...No air conditioning is needed at all because the cross breezes are always there. The condos are quiet and well maintained and convenient to every place you wish to visit on the island...The owners have left nothing undone, as far as providing you with all the amenities,at your fingertips...They have even provided coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels...all you need are shorts, bathing suits and sandals...What a wonderful vacation and honeymoon for us...We will never forget it!!!

The condo was exactly as the ad described, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Having a lanai looking onto the ocean was fabulous, especially with the abundance of whale activity to see every single day. Eating all your meals outdoors (in January) was wonderful.

We did not know the area and felt very fortunate with the central location of this condo, which makes it easier to get around the island. Very close to a popular harbour from which to take water excursions; yet the beach is not crowded, in fact, we swam in the ocean and didn't see another person in site!

My husband,I and 2 adult daughters stayed here at Corrine Houston's Condo. We came to Hawaii for the first time and for some Peace and relaxation.I chose this condo because of its location to everything and because it looked so beautiful in the pics. It was everything we could have wanted. The oceanfront from the master bedroom as well as the living room was amazing. It was clean comfortable, and we like to cook so it had everything you could need.It also had everything needed for the beach. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms Really nice. 4 adults were very comfortable and the complex was very quiet. If you want peace and serenity this is the place. It also was walking distance to a nice beach and a cute little store at the end of the street. We were never more than 15/20 min from everything including the airport. The only negative i can think of was this time of year in Sept. it was kinda windy everyday but that was not a deal breaker. We had beautiful weather and saw beautiful sunrises from the lanai. Never needed the a/C. Wireless internet was also a plus. Corrine and Keith's Condo accommodations I give an a plus! Our first trip to Maui was amazing and we are already thinking of when were coming back ! Also we saw turtles and a monk seal in the early morning right from the lanai. Thank you Corrine and Keith you are so lucky to have such a great place Sue and Family.

We love this paradise like condo with updated and well maintained amenities, central location , spectacular view of the ocean.
My teen aged boys appreciated the 55" Hdtv with HD channels and high-speed Internet.
The owner was easy to work with and transaction went smoothly. We would highly recommend this place and definitely return during our next trip to Maui.

This condo is amazing. We were there in mid april and were fortunate enough to watch the whales right from our lanai. This condo is very clean and comfortable, and very easy to relax in. It is modern and very well updated, a lot of other condos we looked at were very outdated. The welcoming service we received from both the owner and the manager were first class and the location is perfect for touring both Kihei and the Northwest coast. It is a very quiet area, the most noise was from the soothing sounds of the ocean. This was our idea of a perfect vacation and we will definitely return in the future.

We stayed in this condo in 2010 and absolutely loved it, so we booked it again this year. The place is clean and well appointed with everything needed. Pictures on this site are very accurate. Corinne is great to deal with and promptly answers any questions. We especially like the views from the master bedroom and spending parts of the morning on the lanai - amazing view and great spot for whale watching when in season. The location is central on Maui which makes it easier and faster to travel to other parts of the island. Great vacation rental !

We had an absolutely wonderful time ehre. The location is spectacular, very central on Maui, and the view is exactly like the pictures, except at the time we were there, whales were spouting and jumping in the water.
The condo is extremely well equipped, from the giant TV (I am jealous) to the fully equipped kitchen.
Corrine was great to deal with and we would happily go back, but are considering for an entire month. -

Dealing with Corrine was wonderful. She gave us tips and advice before we left. The condo was phenomenal - roomy and so clean. It is situated by the Maui Ocean Center and a mini golf course and best of all right on the ocean! We saw whales and turtles right from the lanai while drinking our coffee. We had a plumbing issue and it was dealt with right away. You can't go wrong with this condo.

We had an amazing Maui vacation. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We had all of our meals on the lanai. The views were gorgeous. Our son loved swimming in the pool.We were able to walk to a beach and there were restaurants, shops, miniature golf and an aquarium within walking distance.

Loved our 5 night stay at this beautifully decorated condo. It was centrally located, so it made it quite easy to reach all parts of the island. Great view, just steps from the water, and walking distance to the Maui Ocean Center. I would stay here again in a minute and have recommended the condo to friends and relatives that are considering a trip to Maui.

We stayed at this lovely condo in February 2011 for a girls getaway - 3 friends from high school days. The photos are very representative of the actual unit. The unit is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owner called and checked in with us on arrival to ensure we had arrived and had everything we needed. Loved the location, central to all of Maui. Great whale watching from the lanai and walking distance to the harbour with several restaurant options, shops and especially Beach Bums for a great happy hour. Pacific Whale Foundation was also located in the harbour for whale watching tours, Molokini snorkeling and shopping; their staff are naturalists and marine biologists and we would recommend their tours and their shop. We all highly recommend this condo and would love to return in the future for a longer stay
