The three cosily decorated (family) rooms are upstairs on the first floor of the main building of Hazenveld Farm. Countryside, (green and historical landscape with a lot of small canals. We have a small ecological dairyfarm. Our cows are outside in the grass-land from May/Novembre. It's the Green Heart of Holland. Historical cities as Utrecht, Gouda, Delft, Amsterdam, Leiden are nearby. Lakes (Loosdrechtse Plassen, Vinkeveense Plassen, Nieuwkoopse Plassen) and River Vecht you'll reach within 30 minutes drive by car.
Free car parking. Railway stations are at 5 km and 8 km, there is no good bus-transport system, you'll need a car or rent a bike. (we have rental bikes)

We stayed in our touring caravan. Every aspect of our experience from coffee on arrival during the initial booking in, through to the end of our stay was friendly courteous and helpful. (All of course in our own language.) Many times we were helped beyond our expectations even when problems of our own making were created. The pitches and facilities were of an impeccable standard and the area was a delightful surprise being a tranquil rural setting yet easily within reach of both amsterdam and Utrecht. We are keen to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. When we arrived, we were slightly taken back at first since we thought it would be more a traditional B&B...; but it is a real working farm. The farmer was very freindly and the kids were allowed to drive on the tractor into the field to milk the cows. A great experience. Breakfast was also very elaborate and very catered specifically to your taste.
