Barn Cottage is an attractive barn conversion located in beautiful farmland close to the small, country village of Mabe, just 4 miles from Falmouth in Cornwall. With one double bedroom and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, this cottage makes an ideal base for a romantic retreat. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We had a really good short break, Barn Cottage is well equipped and clean. Owner guided us around the property on arrival and made sure the heating was correctly set and that we had everything we needed...including a small welcome pack (tea/coffee/milk) to get us started. The Bathroom was fantastic! quite possibly the best power shower and Jacuzzi I've ever experienced. Lounge and Kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Only things that seem to be missing were a second reading lamp in the double bedroom and some reading material. Other than that...brilliant value for money and lovely people. Thank You

we went for our 6 year wedding anniversary, we go away every year at this time, wow what a find. very quiet location and a very nice cottage. The best thing about the barn was the double Jacuzzi bath and the double shower. after a busy day out relaxing in the bath was just what the doctor ordered. The price was great compered to a lot of the other holidays we have been on in England. On our arrival there was fruit, flowers and milk which was a very nice touch. give it a go you wont be disappointed.
I would recommend you take your own pillows. -

Accomadation was excellent and huge just for 2 people.
Ideal to visit Falmouth and surrounding area's.

We had a wonderful holiday in Barn Cottage,the owners had provided everthing needed for a worry free stay,and the complementary fruit and milk were much appreciated.
The property is situated in a peaceful setting,off a country road,which will take you to all points of interest you would want to see in Cornwall.We particulary liked Falmouth,a compact and most interesting town,with spectacular views of the harbour and surrounding countryside.Pendennis Castle is a must see whilst on a day trip to Falmouth,(don't forget your picnic)full of history,with an excellent animated guided tour of still intact 2nd World War look out cabins. All in all, a most enjoyable holiday,one which we are repeating,as the same property is already booked for next year. -

Barn Cottage is a nice cottage in a lovely area.
Although the cottage surprises with a lovely bathroom with yacuzzi, well fitted kitchen and livingroom, the garden furniture is completely outdated and ready for the garbage collector.
The area is lovely and all the beautyspots of Cornwall are nearby.
We'll be back when the garden furniture is renewed!
