Description

The prime location of this new, first class, unique lakeside home in the resort community of Macatawa makes it easy to relax and enjoy your vacation. The Bungalow vaction rental is set on a spacious, well groomed lot overlooking the active Lake Macatawa Harbor. The sandy beaches of Lake Michigan are a lazy walk away. A 2nd floor deck allows the luxury of enjoying the pleasant summer evenings, the waterfront, and the harbor activity.

For the Boater, slips are available to rent next door at the Eldean Shipyard marina.

The Bungalow is a modern cottage condo, attached to a private residence. It has all the comforts of home including a cozy kitchen fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living room features a 20-foot ceiling and windows and deck overlooking the water. The 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one bedroom with bunk beds, provide sleeping up to 7. Other features include 2 baths, 3 cable TV's, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, a gas grill on the deck, and a 2 stall garage. A Ping Pong Table is located in the garage. All linens and bath towels are provided. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Internet Access is Available.

In addition to the Bungalow facilities, guests will have access to the exclusive Macatawa beach. The long, private, sandy beach is located on the western shore of Lake Michigan and stretches as far as you can see. The "Big Red" lighthouse that marks the Holland Harbor Channel stands proud at the North end of Macatawa Beach.

The Bungalow is so close to the water's edge, that it could nearly be considered an "Over-the-Water Bungalow".
