We have always enjoyed staying at the ArieDam because of it's close proximity to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the expansive sandy beach. It is such a nice experience to stay in their units and #403 was no was decorated to enhance the beach house theme and offered everything you would need to provide a pleasant stay. Nothing was lacking.

Our family really enjoyed Arie Dam 403. It is beautiful inside and you can't beat the view! The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this unit!

This is the second year we have stayed at the Arie Dam and loved it yet again. Both the units we have rented (402 and 403) were very clean and well stocked for everything from the kitchen to sand toys and chairs. Waterfront Rentals was very helpful in helping us obtain the things we needed for a baby and a toddler, through Tampa Bay Baby Rentals. The crib and bedding, high chair and the indoor toys were perfect,making this trip so much easier with a little one. We are definitely planning on another stay here!

This was my first time booking a condo. It was an easy process and I loved the area. I felt safe and that meant a lot to me being a family with small children and I saw other families with small kids. I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. It was breathtaking. We enjoyed seeing dolphins playing using the binocolars that were provided by the owners. I would recommend this condo and wouldn't hestitate to book again.

we enjoyed our stay at Arie Dam. The unit we had was beautiful. It was so clean. I would highly recommend. I do think something should be done to the lobby. Not very appealing.

This was the first time we rented a condo and had some reservations (unfounded) since there was only one review. We give this unit 5 stars. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable, secure and Waterfront Rentals was a pleasure to deal with. We did not
find anything to be critical of and although the lobby may have been a "little tired" there was no need to spend any time there other than walking trough on the way to the pool, beach or parking lot. This is a great unit for a family. However I would not recommend
it for 2 couples splitting the cost because the one bedroom fronting the gulf was far superior to the one that did not. That is not to say there was anything wrong with the other but it did not have the gulf view and was smaller. The pool was well maintained
and being right on the beach were 2 of the things we wanted and were very satisfied. The location and short walk or commute to a number of very nice restaurants made this ideal for us. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again and give it a very high recommendation -

Condo was OK. some nice touches. Nice kitchen and TVs. Tiled areas were good.Carpet could have been better. The building(entrance/elevators etc)is a little tired.
