Boca Ciega Resort #308 is a well-designed 1 bedroom condo. The kitchen is updated with granite countertop and all the appliance you may need. There is a dining table for 4. You'll have a wide view of the Boca Ciega Bay from the balcony off the living room. The master bedroom nice king size bed and a TV. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room for those extra guests.
