Hernando, FL, United StatesLOVELY CONDO - BEAUTIFUL BEACH
Left on 04/20/2013 for a stay in April 2013
Very pleased with all aspects of our stay at LAS BRISAS 504. The updated condo was spotlessly clean, kitchen had every utensil/appliance you could possibly need. And, yes, we saw dolphins! The staff at WaterfrntVacRentals was responsive and professional. A true 10 experience.

The location is perfect, far enough away from John's pass, but close enough for a couple of great shopping nights out. All stores very conveniently located. We enjoyed the condo, however, it really has room for more updates. The kitchen was beautiful! An example would be to have matching lamp shades perhaps on the two lamps in the living room, an investment in decent pillows (not flat) and new/crisp sheets and mattress covers would make a world of difference. Disappointed that there was not a blender available. Again, overall, great location, the condo was very clean, unfortunately, the pillows/sheets and the unmatched lampshades seemed to distract from the high quality that this condo has the potential of providing. Would rent again though! Thank you.

Thank you for your comments. We will get all issues looked at and addressed. There should have definately been a blender in the unit. We will get the items taken care of as soon as possible.

Left on 04/10/2013 for a stay in April 2013
The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled and very nice. The cabinetry and countertops were beautiful as well as the bedroom furniture. Also the washer and dryer were nice. The beds however were terrible quality and all doubles. The sheets were low quality as well. They were very thin and kept coming off. The dining table had rolling chairs which were pretty inconvenient with kids. Also, it had all tile floors which may be easy to clean, but not very cozy. The tv in the living room was very small with terrible speakers that buzzed if the volume was turned up. The elevator was very very slow.

As discussed, the owner is replacing the beds on his next visit. The bed in the master bedroom is fairly new; just needs deep pocket sheets for the thicker mattress and it is a queen size. The larger guest bedroom has 2 doubles and the smaller guest bedroom has a trundle bed that converts to 2 twins. The owner is also addressing the dining table and chairs. No immediate plans on the living room TV.

Las Vegas, NV, United StatesNice but improvements needed
Left on 03/25/2013 for a stay in March 2013
While we loved the location, keyless entry, 2 partings spaces and size of unit, there were a few small improvements that could make it much better. . . Linens were very old and very thin, walls were filthy and in need of a fresh coat of paint in hallways. For the price I expected at least garbage bags, dish washer soap, a full roll of paper towels and a box of Kleenex to last the week. Coffee maker and can opener were rusty. I bought a $2 can opener and left it behind.

Left on 02/12/2013 for a stay in January 2013
I've stayed at the Las Brisas before and really enjoyed it. Every appliance you need is in the kitchen (and every pot/pan/etc, too!). The unit was very nice. On both visits, there wasn't a day we didn't see dolphins!
I'd definitely stay here again. -

Location is directly on the beach. There are restaurants at John's Pass Village, St. Pete Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. Publix is located about 1 mile on Tom Stuart Causeway. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Towels are provided for bathroom you will need beach towels. Bring your camera and binoculars. You can watch dolphins from the balcony and take sunset photos. Pool is heated and you can get right in without freezing.
Our recommendation would be to replace the mattresses. Mattresses are lumpy and old. The coffee maker does not heat coffee and we went to Starbucks on Park Ave for morning brew.
Property Management team is excellent and quickly answered questions.
Gulf water is warm and clean. You will see plenty of fish swimming by you as you relax in the water. Pack your bags and enjoy your stay on "Mad" beach.Response from Waterfront Vacation Rentals - 10/01/2012

Bed in master bedroom appears to be newer and is fine. Beds in guest bedrooms are less firm. Owner has been notified about possible replacement if needed. Found none of them to be lumpy. Coffee maker was tested and works just fine. Toaster was replaced due to a broken handle.

I stayed for two weeks this summer. A group of high school friends came and stayed with me, for part of the time. It was so fantastic we saw dolphins almost everyday surfing by the sandbar. There was plenty to do with no motel riffraff. It was very close to the water, you could hear the waves going to sleep in the master bdrm. Want to go again next year.<3 it!!!!!

Location was great with beach front views, bar/food across street, market within 2 miles. Condo was good condition, but unit floors could be cleaned better; the soles of our feet got a bit dark just by walking barefooted.
The Condo building elevator and walk ways looked a bit run down, but would still recommend property (just an area for improvement). -

Left on 07/02/2012 for a stay in June 2012
We went the last week in June. I enjoyed myself even throughout the storms. I would not recommend this place for smaller children because of the porcelin tile throughout the condo. My kids would slip and fall and hurt theirself all of the time. There wasn't really any shops that were within walking distance. I also wish that there would have been more ameneties at the condo. I did enjoy the beach they weren't as crowded as it was in panama city where we went the previous year. Restaurant wise i would recommend BUBBA GUMPS they are friendly and have good food. I would NOT recommend friendly fishermans. They were rude and their food was not good at all my kids wouldn't even eat it. Thanks!

Left on 06/19/2012 for a stay in June 2012
The location was great, but the property was older and you could tell. I have stayed at other properties along the St. Pete/Clearwater coast that were in much better condition. The nightly price was high compared to other places I have stayed and the value was not there.

Very large unit, great location, and well appointed. This was our 3rd consecutive year in this unit. Hope to stay again. Mattress in several bedrooms need to be replaced. Elevator was slow. Great keyless entry system. Friendly management office made for easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Left on 12/26/2011 for a stay in December 2011
We were very diasappointed in the fact that we paid a huge amount for the cleaning only to have the floors filthy. W/o any rugs our barefeet were BLACK and there was long black hair all over the floor in our walk through closet. As nice as the granite countertops were, the bathtubs obviously haven't been looked at. The spare bathroom tub is chipping. When you have a baby that needs to sit on top of this, it's unacceptable. It's awfully noisy if you sleep in the bedrooms closest to the front door. You'll need earplugs.

Left on 12/12/2011 for a stay in November 2011
I tried reaching out to the water front vacation rentals to ask for a late check out but since its thanks giving I was not able to and on the day of check out house keeping showed up and we had to vacate the property in a rush. Also it is a bit expensive. apart from that the entire experience was really good. I would definitely recommend it.

What a gorgeous condo! It's big, beautiful and completely updated unlike other condos in this building! 2 parking spaces went with the unit, along with ample towels, beach toys, cleaning supplies, etc. Flat-screen tv's in every bedroom and the living room were amazing to discover. Very comfortable stay and we loved seeing dolphins swimming by in the mornings from the balcony. Can't wait to return next year!

Great stay on the beach. Unit was very clean, with lots of supplies. Great view. great location. Had one issue with air conditioning that Waterfront Vacations addressed for us. Found some termites when we checked in on Saturday, with finding piles of termite droppings in one corner of the kitchen counter every two to three hours. Waterfront had an exterminator come by the next day, and he said "Yes termites" He said he would let Waterfront know ....he did not treat, and when I called Waterfront on Thursday they said they were talking to the owner, so not sure if it ever got treated. We normally buy groceries and eat in most of a vacation, but the ladies were too spooked to put food in the cupboards with the termites eating in there, so we ate out the whole while....that was a drag. Overall a decent stay at a very nice condo.
Waterfront Vacations seem very accomodating and very good to deal with
