This elegant condo is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. If you jump out of any of the west windows, you will land in the sand!
The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a King bed in each bedroom. It has a kitchen, a seperate laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. As you can see from the pictures, we have put care into the condo -- we want you to enjoy it as much as we do!

Madeira Vista is located just over a mile north of famous Johns Pass Village. We are in the "sweet spot": close to Johns Pass, grodery stores, restaurants, etc. but NOT in a major traffic area.
And, most importantly, we are not just ON the beach, we are THE closest to the beach!

We all loved the location, the sunsets were awesome. Our unit (504) was a little dated but nobody seemed to mind. Lots of things to do nearby for our teenagers. Theres a nice size mall just minutes away. My wife and I loved the walks on the beach. Oh, the smoothie bar right on the beach is nice, too. We visited some of the other parents' condos nearby (my daughter plays travel fastpitch), and they payed more and got less. Thanks, Jack,

Beach was fantastic, rooms equipped with everything possible. My grandson loved the "toy box" of beach toys, chairs and even a kite!

We stayed at Madeira Vista Condos for a week in april 2011. It was a very relaxing, fun vacation. Just what we needed after a long winter in VT. The accommodations were excellent, Jack was very helpful and gracious, the whole experience was just wonderful. The deck area, pool and beach were awesome. We are definitely planning to go back!
