When the cleaning staff took the dishes out of the dishwasher they must have not noticed they weren't washed. I had to wash a lot of cups that had coffee stains in them.

Our family had a delightful time at Arie. We had just finished a four day stint at Disney World which made us more than ready for a quiet, layback time at the beach. I would recommend this condo for those who do not want a lot of offsite activities. It has a very layback atmosphere. Teenagers might be bored.
Unit 402 was very comfortable. 1)It has 2 king sized beds which we enjoyed. 2)The washer and dryer were large and in good working order. 3)It has a nice sized balcony. 4)The main T.V. was large, with a DVD player built in.
I would suggest that the owners might wish to purchase some new sheets for the beds. They were a little worn.
Basically, we had an outstanding time, and would definitely recommend Arie Dam 402 to others. -

Overall, our stay at Arie Dam #402 was very good. Loved being right on top of the gulf practically with great views. The condo was clean, the living room furniture, patio furniture and bedding could use updating. After buying 2 sand chairs we found a nice supply of beach chairs in a closet. The kitchen was very well equipped for any cooking you may choose to do. Very convenient to John's Pass for restaurants and shopping. The pool was heated and had plenty of lounge chairs. We would not hesitate to come back for another visit.

We just returned from spending a week at the Arie Dam and would recommend it highly. The rental company was pleasant to deal with and helped us with obtaining a crib as well. The unit was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed on site. We were able to walk easily to John's Pass, obtain cabanas on the beach and any information we needed was provided by the rental agency. The unit was also smaller than most on the beach, therefore quiet.
We were very fortunate to stay here! -

Very comfortable, enjoyed the screened in balcony, beautiful views of the beach, the pool was very clean, central to areas we wished to visit, the tiled floors were sticky and not really clean. The sheets definately need replacing, the elastic in fitted sheet was no longer holding it to the mattress.

We stayed in Aire Dam 402, it was a nice condo with a great view and location. It is right on the ocean, we had the windows open each night to listen to the waves. The condo itself is clean with a nice balcony with table and chairs. The TV's in the bedrooms need updated but overall it is a very nice place and we had a great time. John's pass is within 1 mile and there is a lot to do there.

Condo was sprayed the 2nd day we were there, then i killed two roaches , one each night (2) Then i was nuts watching for them to make sure we did not transport. I would have liked a few cleaners so i could clean up after and take better care of the unit as we were using it. Rental staff were great

Our family had a wonderful stay in your condo. It was a great location. We were really happy with the cleanliness. We felt very safe and secure. We liked the fact that you needed to use your key to get into the building, pool area and then the beach.

We absolutely loved the condo. The condo was very clean and it very good shape. The only suggestion we have is on the sign out front if at night it could be lit up. It is hard to see. The staff did a great job and we do plan on returning next year. I would

Loved the location on the beach, and close to stores/John's Pass, however, it was not cleaned very well. We found hairs in our towels and in the shower, dishes were dirty, found pacifiers, toys behind bed, couch, door to patio did not work, had to use
the door from the bedroom to get on patio. Didn't like that people could smoke on their patio because then we could smell it on our patio. Beach was nice and the pool/hot tub was nice. -

The location was perfect, right on the lovely quiet peaceful sandy Madiera Beach and minutes away from historic John's Pass Village & Boardwalk where we spent time walking, shopping, dining, deep sea fishing and sunset cruising.
