This corner condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size and one double bed in the guest bedroom and a queen size sofabed in the living room.***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. These accomodations were everthing we expected and more, if only we could say the same thing about the weather. The unit was clean and had everything we needed--fully stocked. Our air conditioner had a leak about day 2 but when we called the repairman was there immediately and had it fixed in no time.
My only concern I would note was that the inspection certificate for the elevator had been expired for 6 months. We only noticed this because after our 3rd day a notice from the City was posted in the elevator indicating this. I would recommend staying her to my friends and family and we will definitely be returning!! -

Disappointing home decor and furniture. Small pool area. Nothing to do except Johns Pass shopping.
Manager (?) was willing to rescue us at 11:30 pm,since there was no key availabe as described for checkin. -

We would have preferred if there had been a washer and dryer. Unit could have been cleaner at check in. Front bathroom sink spigot leaked a bit.

Tenant called to find out the password for the internet. I let him know there was no internet service for that unit. We then received an email and the tenant was upset there was no internet or washer/dryer in the unit. Tenant was with another unit in the building. They both booked directly online and the internet and washer/dryer are not advertised for this unit. The 2 bedroom units in the buildig do not have washer/dryer connections.

Overall we were happy with our rental. Wish there had been a wireless connection. Had to go elsewhere to use computer. Pictures on internet showed right on the beach. Instead the unit was set back between two buildings and above the pool. My understanding was it was right on the beach. It was a little far from John's Pass to walk. One of the toilet seats was broken. All in all it was alright.

Over all we loved the place. We have only two (very minor) things we wern't wild about. First is the parking set up. There's no order in wich the spaces are marked and you cant see the numbers if there's a car in your spot. And the other was our bed was a little less than comfortable, but if that's all we can find wrong with a place it's not too bad. We're heading back in a few months and this will be our first call for a place to stay.

We were very happy with the Las Brisas 208 Condo. It is very spacious and bright. All things you may need are within walking distance - great! I gave 3 stars to general condition only because we were sick for the 1st 3 weeks and when we stopped using the ice and water from the refrigerator (which was rusty) we no longer were sick.

Normally I visit many sites and look at the units before renting, however in the spur of the monent on my way down to the Seminole area decided to use my Iphone and get a Condo instead of Hotel. Much to my surprise the Condo was just a little over the price of a nice hotel room with much larger accomodations. The view was spectacular and the Waterfront properties were extremely friendly and helpful in getting us in the condo. Although this unit is older than a lot of the properties on the beach, it was clean and very close to the causway aming getting in and off the beach easy. I would recommend and stay at this unit again.

First of all, this condo is awesome. It has a large kitchen with all of the utensils that you need. Also, it's got a nice balcony with a view of the pool and beach. Getting in was easy, parking was easy. I love that everyone at this location was very respectful of the condo's rules, which include showering (in provided shower) sand off before going into the (heated) pool area. It kept everything nice and clean. The condo was roomy and overall it was awesome. The only improvements that I would suggest is that they fix the showers. The water seems to come out more in the bath spout than the shower spout (both showers), which I assume is why we ran out of hot water fairly quickly. A quick fix may help conserve water. Also, as other people have suggested, the bed is not the most comfortable only because I think they're protecting their mattresses with some sort of unbreathable cover. My one last complaint is that the bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better. It was obvious that they were used by other renters, as there was still toothpaste in the sink. This is very specific things that I hope that they tend to because overall this place was great. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo.

this was our first stay in a condo and we were very pleased. the condo was very clean, all appliances worked, bath rooms and showers clean, beds comfortable, ceiling fans in all rooms. the furniture in the living area was very comfortable.the maint staff kept the pool and all the grounds clean and in working order.internet picture was very revealing as to how your condo would look.
the gulf view was very nice and we had the oppottunity to see the bootle nose dolphins swim by every morning. the beach was not crowded.
we used the grill to cook lunch oneday. there was a nice shopping area about 3 minutes away and after a short ride found many familiar restaurants.
we plan on coming back next year -

While meeting others on the property, found our rental fee high. Mattress pads on beds seemed rubberized making you sweat-I can understand trying to protect the maattresses but sleeping was uncomfortable

The back bedroom faced the "very busy" street. The traffic noise was very loud even throughout the night. Also, we were supplied with just one roll of tp in each bathroom. I would think that 4 people staying for one week would get at least 2 rolls per bathroom.

We detail on the policy page published on our web site and included with each reservation confirmation: "An initial setup of trash liners, bath soap and toilet tissue is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest."

We have been coming to the Madeira Beach area for over 15 years and we loved the accommodations. The facility was very family friendly, rooms we spacious, and facility was very clean. We would and have recommended Las Brisas to several friends since we have been back home. We are looking to book again as soon as we have the spring break schedule for next year.

I will have appreciated to have a washing and a dryer machine in the property but the cleaner was very close across the road.
