Had a wonderful time with excellent accommodations at Tropic Breeze.
Every thing was perfect. #5 could use a newer fry pan and some dishes one could use in the microwave and a shape citting knife and some plastic wine glasses. Other than those small things every thing including the location was great! I would recommend it to anyone. -

The property was in a great location; not over crowded. Pool right out our front door and the beach across the street. The room was a little small for a family of 5 with 3 older children, but it worked for us. Need a little higher quality furniture(aka a recliner)in the room; other than that it was a great place to stay.

The grounds and pool at this property were really clean and nicely kept. The apartment unit itself was cute but could use updates/replacement in the bedroom's carpet and remodeling in its entire bathroom. Though overall the unit appeared clean, there was dust & the cleaning itself should have been better. The small area rugs were stained and very dirty. The carpet in the room should be replaced because it looked soiled and it was coming apart in the entry way seam with staples and all. Overall, this condo would be much be better off with a better cleaning person that really pays attention to details. I would still recommend this place, it was very affordable and a good proximity to the beach.

Bedroom carpet (the only place there is carpet) was replaced Sept. 2012. No plans to remodel the bathroom as it is sufficient. The small stained area rugs have been removed. They will either be laundered and replaced or disposed of.

Some of the other guests were disruptive and the management did not quiet them. Other than that, a great stay!
