Description

A different sunset view every night! Madeira Beach 5th floor oceanfront condo with extraordinary gulf views from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Triple panel sliding glass doors in each room open to a very large balcony with storage. Excellent newly furnished accommodations. The condo is located in prestigious Ocean Sands which has a large pool, spa, tiki bar, grills, and shuffleboard available. The condo itself has an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area that comfortably seats 6, living area with pullout sofa and flat-screen television and DVD player, master bedroom with king size bed and bath with tub and shower combination, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed and 2nd full bath with shower stall. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a work space with a desk, chair, printer and free wireless internet service.

There is a two-week minimum rental policy.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review! I apologize for it not being a 5 star stay. The rental company did not inform me of the broken shower door - I now have a contractor coming out to replace it. Thank you for your feedback on the carpet as well. I made plans to have that replaced in the coming weeks. Thank you again for the feedback. I'm very glad to hear you enjoyed the view and hope you will stay with us again!
