We were traveling with a large group and the staff was friendly and helpful. The condos were as promised, and we had no issues during our stay. The location is great, allowing us to walk to shopping and restaurants, and the view of the draw bridge and bay was enjoyable. The beach and pool is clean and well-managed. Overall, this was an enjoyable week at a very nice place.

We come here once a year and always stay at Beach Place and try to stay in Room 504. We really enjoy the location because it is convenient to everything. The room is nice, and it is on the corner and on the top floor so so you have a view of the entire area.

condo was clean and vey nice
we havestayed at beach place before as well as crimson and madeira notre
we enjoyed the side view saw the bridge going up and saw johns pass
we would rent again next time we are there

I received great service from the courteous staff,I especially enjoyed the layout of the unit.My favorite morning routine is to have coffee on the balcony while the sun is rising.The unit is set up perfect for privacy,kids in one bedroom away from other bedroom.I have visited many areas in florida but madiera beach is my all time favorite,everything is conviently located,shopping,restraunts,miniature golf,and amusement parks are near by as well.
I have only one thing that i didnt like and that is that we only stayed 1 week,with all that there is to do,we needed 2 weeks at least.I've been tempted to try somewhere in northern florida but realize I have never been dissappointed in Madiera beach so its not worth taking a chance any where else. -

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and roomy. It worked perfectly for our needs. The condo is in need of updates (cosmetic only) but I'm sure in time that will happen. I would not hesitate to rent again. Location was wonderful.

I was really impressed. Condo was bright, clean, and airy. Plenty of room. Beach is right outside. Johns Pass was a great place to shop and browse. You could see dolphins playing in the water. I would stay again in a heart beat!
