Beautiful condo, pool, beach. A wonderful location, great people in the office. Had visitors join us for shopping at Johns Pass, and dinner out, dinner in the condo. Everyone loved the clean beautiful furnishings. Lots of room too. I would definitely return.

OUR ROOM WAS GREAT. WE LIKED THE SEPARATE BEDROOMS FOR FAMILY. ALTHOUGH NEXT TIME I THINK WE WOULD CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SIDE OF THE PREMISES. THERE WAS TOO MUCH NOISE FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. COULDNT SLEEP LATE IF YOU WANTED. THE PIGEONS WERE NASTY, THEY KEPT LANDING ON OUR BALCONY AND THE PIGEON "POOP" WAS AWFUL. IF YOU HAVE A BIRD "FEAR" ITS NOT GOOD.LET ALONE HEALTHY. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE WATER SMELLED. AFTER A SHOWER YOU ALSO SMELLED LIKE THE STINKY WATER. ALSO THE WASHING MACHINE FACILITY CONSISTED OF AN OPEN HALL ON THE THIRD FLOOR IT WAS HOT, AND THE WATER SMELLED THERE ALSO. WHEN I TOLD THE LADY IN THE OFFICE ABOUT IT , SHE DID NOT SEEM CONCERNED. NOR DID SHE OFFER ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO OUR BILL. I ASKED OTHER RENTERS ON MY FLOOR AND OTHERS ABOUT THIER WATER AND THY SAID THAY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT BEACH PLACE, THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE FURNISHINGS WERE VERY NICE. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE VISIT FLORIDA. MARGE HILL

This is the first time we rented a condo. I was a bit apprehensive about how laid back the office people were about taking money and specifics about our stay. I didn't know what to expect when we arrived.
As it turned out, we were pleasantly surprised.
Loved the condo and location.
Right across from lots of shopping and restaurants.
