Enjoy a partial water view from the balcony of this two-bedroom home. The 1,225-square-foot rental has a king bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa.
A maximum of four travelers are allowed. Watch your favorite programs on TV, enjoy movies with the DVD player, and whip up some tasty meals in the furnished kitchen.
There's so much to do in the area, including parasailing, snorkeling, and deep-sea fishing.

One of the best units we have stayed in. Big well appointed rooms with comfortable modern furnature and all of the little extras that you need on a beach vacation like beach chairs and an umbrella. Could not find a single fault with this unit.

Our family of four stayed here in July 2012. We found everything as advertised. The recent remodel was done beautifully. The condo was spacious, clean and appointed with nice amenities. Televisions in both bedrooms, and washer & dryer are definitely a plus. The location is great, right on the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of St. John's Pass. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We have been staying atthe Crimson for the past 12 years. It has a great location whihc is convenient to shops and restaurants. The amenities, pool, hot tub, proximity to the beach are outstanding.
Two things I do not like are that cost have steadily increased to the point we are going to look elsewhere and the unit we stayed in was nice but needs many upgrades. Things like better furniture which was really old and possibly the bathrooms/kitchen/carpets. We stayed in unit 305 which redid their shower and loved it! We also try to get this unitbut it is in great demand probably because of these upgrades. -

Location, upkeep and cleaning, service, amenities, all couldn't have been better. Heated pool was great.
Our only issue was the full size bed in the master bedroom. A room that large should have a king-size. We're used to a king and it was a little tough for us to adjust. -

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Crimson. Didnt have a direct beach view, but our view was still beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Also a great location to walk places. I cant wait for a return trip, and we will definitely stay at the Crimson again.

We have stayed at the Crimson for the last 3 summers. We have had friends over, who next year will be renting the same time as we do. We are spreading the good news. Each time the room was nice and clean, the neighbors were enjoyable and it is so close to everything. The staff at SunHost are always very pleasant and easy to deal with. We can't wait til June of next year.
